Probably Betrayus. Buttler just doesn’t seem much of the affectionate type.
Big spoon/Little spoon?
Betrayus is the big spoon. It doesn’t take much for Buttler to submit to Betrayus, since that was already really the relationship they had.
Most common argument?
Betrayus being mean/rude to Buttler or treating him as someone who is ‘beneath him’. Buttler sometimes doesn’t take it.
Favorite non-sexual activity?
They go out to eat quite often. Buttler also spends more time devising plans with Betrayus, making Dr. Buttocks feel a bit left out.
Who is most likely to carry the other?
Betrayus doesn’t like to be carried, so he might carry Buttler, but not too often.
What is their favorite feature of their partner’s?
Betrayus enjoys Buttler’s sense of loyalty. Buttler doesn’t seem to have any serious interest for Betrayus, but likes that Betrayus doesn’t treat him poorly as much and also treats him almost like family.
What’s the first thing that changes when they realize they have feelings for the other?
Definitely Betrayus’ attitude towards Buttler. Many of the rude remarks that were normally directed are now directed at Dr. Buttocks.

Definitely not.

Buttler has plenty to worry about with Betrayus’ inconsistent emotional blow-ups.

Buttler remembers Betrayus’ order, but that’s really just his butler instinct to think about those kinds of things.
Who tops?
Betrayus always tops, but Buttler doesn’t exactly mind.
Who initiates kisses?
They don’t kiss much, but if they do, Betrayus generally initiates them with a few surprises from Buttler here and there.
Who reaches for the other’s hand first?
They don’t really do much hand-holding. It’s just not in their nature.

I suppose Betrayus does.
Who wakes up first?
Buttler naturally wakes up earlier, though now he spends more time doing things for himself than for other people in those early hours.
Who wants to stay in bed just a little longer?
Betrayus. He needs that beauty sleep, after all.

Betrayus did. Buttler does get a bit emotional and is almost at a loss for words, mainly because it’s hard enough to get an ‘I love you’ from even his own brother, let alone his boss. So it’s a revelation for him.

Probably Buttler in Betrayus’ lunch.
Who tells their family/friends about their relationship first?
I doubt they’d tell anyone on their own. I would most certainly believe that Dr. Buttocks finds out first and tells everyone just to spite his brother. Betrayus feeds him to the dogs afterwards.
What do their family/friends think of their relationship?
Betrayus gets made fun-of for a little while, but since he’s the ruler and can throw balls of fire around, that doesn’t last long. However, Buttler is picked-on for far longer until he is eventually taught by Betrayus to stand up for himself.
Who is more likely to start dancing with the other?
Them? Dance? Betrayus prefers to dance alone. :)
Who cooks more/who is better at cooking?
That’s easily Buttler. Betrayus can do it, but that doesn’t mean that he should.
Who comes up with cheesy pick up lines?
Betrayus might do a humorous quip every now and then, but it’s not exactly common.
Who whispers inappropriate things in the other’s ear during inappropriate times?
Betrayus. He just loves seeing Buttler flustered in front of others.
Who needs more assurance?
It depends on the circumstance. Mostly it’s Betrayus because he often gets to watch his plans fail and gets to watch as his family rejects him. But sometimes Buttler needs some assurance as well since his direct family is, well... Dr. Buttocks. Who’s a major dick.
What would be their theme song?
I dunno.
Who would sing to their child back to sleep?
Buttler and Betrayus kids... isn’t that a sight to behold........ have fun sleeping, my friends.
What do they do when they’re away from each other?
I imagine Buttler would message Betrayus a couple of times to make sure that he’s fed and pampered while he’s away.

These two would have a lot of rough moments, especially if people start finding out about them. It just isn’t expected for Betrayus to date his butler, so both of them would end up under a lot of fire.

Each of them would have such nice ways of making the other feel better. As Betrayus’ butler, Buttler is able to know almost everything that makes Betrayus feel better and for which situation. Betrayus would also be able to ward off bullies (including Dr. Buttocks) away from Buttler.
