I just did a bunch of snooping and I came to discover there USED to be a website that tracked what the uplinks and downlinks were.

Kind of. It gave more information than what I can find for today's communications. I really wish there was a more detailed report accessible as to whats going on. Even if I don't understand wtf it says I'd still like to read it and Learn how to read it and understand it. I LOVE INFORMATION
