Your moon is clawing against my emptiness

Soft light and aching hollowed hunger

It growls low on the rustle of the wind through the distant trees

Its tooth a curved and gleaming pearl in the night sky

Yet I stand here exposed and keening

Bared flesh and dewed feet in the grass

A pale nude refraction cast

I can feel you at my back,

Your crystal breath is a ghost against my skin

I am lost where my sunlight ends,

And you begin
