I’ve heard mixed reviews on microwave brownies - can you share a good recipe?
i'm not sure mine is *good*--there's a bit of floury-ness to it, but it's q&d which is why I like it. just mix together:
2 Tbsp melted butter OR oil (i prefer butter) 4 Tbsp sugar 4 Tbsp flour (i usually use a bit less) 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 2 Tbsp water Stir until you have a nice batter, then put in a microwave safe dish (most people use mugs but i have these ramekin-like things i use). my microwave is pretty good, and it takes about 60s. you want it so the brownie is mostly dry on the top, with some moist/wet spots. of course, since there's no egg (and even if there was), who gives a fuck if it's gooey in the middle?
i haven't done much experimenting with this recipe, except for the time i replaced the water with Bailey's. wasn't as ~amazing~ as i hoped, but still pretty good!
