Celebi demands he goes all out, and this means he’s using all his statistics-influencing abilities during this game. Celebi is peeking ahead in the timeline constantly so she knows what strategies to use. It’s a brutal match that ends in a draw and they shake hands on the mutual loss. Victini comes away with a more grounded admiration of Celebi that's got more substance than just being infatuated with a lady he saw in the crowd during a couple of his shows, and Celebi comes away with an even deeper respect for her rival in cuteness.

What is victini like in pmd?

I really need to replay Gates to Infinity, because I know he openly appears in that game and only have his Bulbapedia entry and fuzzy memories to help me recall what he's like, but my headcanons for his personality are as follows.

He considers himself best friends with a large portion of the population because many of them are indirectly related to a mortal who he had a great friendship with, and he adored every addition to the family tree of. He's always energetic and very chipper, and tends to be a little oblivious to when his positivity isn't as helpful as he hopes it is, but means well and wants to cheer up those around him whenever they're glum. Previously would choose mortal champions to aid their fellows in dangerous times that needed heroes, but gave up on the practice after one champion fell into dark paths.

Takes it personally when people don't abide by the rules of games he comes up with and cheat to skew the odds in their favor.
