Crystals for Asthma

I've been having a week with my asthma, it has been rough. So to get through my long day today I carried these babies in my pocket. All of them help with reducing inflammation, removing blockages, detoxification, asthma, and the respiratory system.

From left to right:

Moss Agate

Blue Lace Agate

Malachite &

Pyrite

This is a powerful chest opening set. If you also have asthma or chest congestion any/all of these can give you a little relief in conjunction with your normal meds and breathing techniques.

Pocket rock post!

I'm trying something new and making sure I have a stone from each element to help balance my protective shields 💪

Amethyst - AIR. Overall spiritual protection and bubble amplification.

Green calcite - WATER/FIRE. Positive vibrations yeah. One of my go-to's for sure.

Larimar - WATER/FIRE. Looks like the surface of water when you're looking up at it. Mermaid af. Helps connect to feminine energies and helping to go with the flow in the face of all emotions.

Smoky quartz - EARTH. I didn't bring this big boi with me yesterday and regretted it big time. It's like a bad vibes vacuum.

Update for how the day went: *inhales*

I CHIPPED MY BRAND NEW MOTHER F*CKING SMOKY QUARTS AND CRIED ABOUT IT OK.

But other than that the day was ok... I guess.

All so different, all from Morocco. Red Quartz (due to the presence of Hematite, which makes for a neat vibe!), Stromatolite (the oldest of crystals), and the Botryoidal form of Hematite! All of these now listed in the shop.

Close ups of my beautiful Tibetan Black Quartz, Amethyst, and Petrified Wood (I've talked some with this one's spirit and from that and it's energy I'm pretty sure the tree was struck by lighting at some point when it was alive). I love these pretties so much!

Three of my favorite crystals for the days that stress and anxiety come out, and it all seems too much. Like a little crystal chill pill with a calming, peaceful vibe! Blue Lace Agate, White Howlite, and Lepidolite.
