You remember that tutorial for extending pants pockets? Do you know how to modify jeans without pockets to have them? And would you be willing to make a tutorial for that?

I have a general rule that I don’t buy pants that have completely fake pockets, because that just annoys me. My assumption, if I wanted to add pockets there, would be to seam rip carefully that spot where the “pocket” is, and sew in some fabric similar to in my tutorial. I’m not certain if that would work. If I ever did end up with such a pair of pants, this would be what I would try, and I would be happy to take pictures/make a tutorial.

If you mean pants that don’t have a designated spot for pockets at all, I don’t know that it would be worth the effort to add pockets. I’m sure you could do some complicated maneuvering with various kinds of fabric and maybe make something work? I think that’s all beyond my skills, though.
