@pocketpikachus yeah it was really gross and always stuck with me, i've enjoyed bobs burgers a lot before but a lot of the jokes with tina always hit way too close to home, and it especially sucks to go and see allistic people quoting them and making fun of her when all of her "quirks" are like...textbook autistic behavior especially like talking monotone and missing social ques and hyperempathizing. I could marathon the show and write like an essay about all the autistic traits tina has lol. and like i think a lot of autistic people really end up relating to her and stuff and it makes me disappointed seeing how her character is treated sometimes both in the show and by fans. It hurts a little seeing things like FUNNIEST TINA BELCHER MOMENTS videos circulating and all the content is just...her missing social cues and acting like an autistic person and you're supposed to laugh. I think there was a joke about her "thrashing" all night in bed in one episode that really stung as a person who bodystims heavily. ANYWAYS yeah it's okay to like bb but like...if ur allistic I guess be a little more sensitive and aware of how some jokes affect real autistic people
