Hello dearest Phantom Phans of tumblr! I am back with a happy post ♥️

For last Christmas, I received a ticket from my sister from another Mister, @pocketsaints , to see PotO in Madách theater ♥️!

This was the first time for both of us ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

It was on Sunday, 19th June 2022, the afternoon program, starting at 3 p.m.

The cast was amazing, Attila Csengeri played Erik, Christine was portrayed by Barbara Fonyó and Raoul's part was played by Gábor Bot. All three of them, but the full cast in general, was as awesome as I can't even describe it ♥️. Attila's voice is phantastic, extremely Erik- like to me, much better than the CD cast, in my opinion.

Can we post before Jan 1st for the New Year celebration? Or will it not count?

Everything counts, @pocketsaints already posted theirs on Instagram. 🙂

January 1st is just a starting point for anyone who doesn't have the time to post before that date. The idea is to see multiple Chernobyl-related creations being posted as the New Year celebration nears which adds to the festive mood. But you can surely post before that. 😊

Just remember to add #chernobylnewyearchallenge2021 in the tags so we can see it.

On Saturday, 15th February I met my new best friend and soul twin sister @pocketsaints,  in person and we had a great time together. :) 

And as I love Chernobyl and the real Comrade Dyatlov, she made me this cute Handmade Pocket Rag Comrade Dyatlov in civilian attire with a sexy plaid shirt as a Birthday gift. :) <3 Isn’t he gorgeous? 

 I absolutely adore him and he comes with me everywhere. 

As Dyatlov wrote in his book that he wished to pet the trees when he was taken to Court after Chernobyl, when he did not see trees for a year because spending half a year in the hospital and another half a year in arrest, as he was finally happy to see trees and nature, but he wasn’t allowed to do so, I take Pocket Anatoly every day with me to walk and he is allowed to pet the trees as much as he likes it. 

He is often hanging out with my other dolls, his bestie is Erik, the Phantom of the Opera. :)

I am a Chernobyl Dyatlov fan and I am now proud of it.

Well, dears,

After some months of hiatus I am now able to do a coming out on my main blog and tell you that I proudly love “Chernobyl”.

 I watched the series back in November and it sucked me in instantly. For some reason, I instantly found the “villain” Anatoly Dyatlov, deputy chief engineer of the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant sympathetic. He was like if you just threw Erik into a nuclear plant, and gave him the title of the deputy chief engineer. Only difference between the two of them is that Dyatlov swears a lot more, and does smoke.

Well, after watching the show, I did not want to accept my new fandom at first, as I was afraid being interested about Chernobyl is “morbid” and I ended up liking the “bad guy” yet again.

Though, he wasn’t the “bad guy” in real life happenings.

HBO Dyatov is a much more ill- minded person than the real Anatoly Dyatlov, and the series clearly demonizes him.

Well, I don’t wish to talk much about Anatoly Dyatlov in one post, but if you are interested about him, you can read about him here in a detailed tumblr post, which explains a lot about his character and explains how the real person was.

I rather would like to show you some of my art about Chernobyl proudly on my main blog, and clearly state that I no longer feel shame about the new fandom and my new favorite character. (Of course, I still love Poto and the Phandom :D)

Also, I would like to thank God for Chernobyl fandom and the fact it helped me to find a very dear friend of mine @pocketsaints​, who is a very sweet and awesome person, a great artist and also loves dolls and action figures the same way I do, and is also Hungarian :D @pocketsaints​ makes cute little ragdolls of priests, and the Chernobyl people and their wives. She made a small Anatoly Dyatlov doll for my Birthday,  and I am going to receive Dyatlov’s wife, Izabella doll as well, after the pandemic finally ends. :D
