About today's workout! The strength was 4x4 back squats at 80%1rm I went for 80kg and went for the depth! And it didn't feel great but we got through it! Then it was an EMOM called death by burpees!! First minute 1 burpee, second minute 2 burpees etc! It went from real easy to real hard so quickly!! Round 12, 13 and 14 were brutal! I didn't complete round 15 because I had slowed down so I Intl for 14 in that minute! So in total 119 burpees and my arms could no longer reach up when I jumped!
