The Objective Otaku Ep. 5 Postponed
Alright, so the issues aren't working one way. I've tried several times to upload it and I keep getting issues. So, this week's episode will be postponed for a week. I will release it and Episode 6 next week. This is so I can give everyone who hasn't heard the first four episodes a chance to hear them. Let me explain why: I had purchased a pro-plan on SoundCloud to give me more upload space, jumping me from 180 minutes to 360 (3 hours to 6 hours). As anyone who has listened to the podcast knows, I've utilized music that was relative to what I was discussing that week, to give more ambiance. Basically, hearing just me talk seemed to be... lacking. With the exception of a glitch with the first upload (there was a URL mess-up or something), every one of the four episodes has uploaded without a hitch... when I was ON the Free plan. So I'm downgrading to get my money back, at the cost of not having a larger archive. So, that being said, in order to upload Ep. 5, I have to remove a previous episode. And since Ep. 1 is my longest, I'll gain more time to have 5 and 6 be uploaded (and probably 7 as well), before having to delete again. So, I'm giving a week for everyone to catch up, before deleting/finding a second place to upload. I apologize to anyone who was waiting for this episode. I personally think my discussion on Naruto this week was one of my best episodes.
The Objective Otaku Ep. 5 Update
For those of you who were looking for the fifth episode of The Objective Otaku, it is still coming. I had some issues with both versions I tried to upload yesterday to SoundCloud and since I didn't get back early enough to fix it, I'm in the process of fixing and uploading it now.
I'll post the link (hopefully) later today.
