The pain is surfacing through the drugs I try to numb it with

It's deep in my heart and and watching my family die has me falling apart

Sooner than later I'm going to lose even more, I haven't been acting myself since you left

I'm always so angry with everyone around me, and the instant regret of my words kills me

I need help but my pride won't let me ask for it, Jumping straight to the drugs

My crutches aren't working as well, the pain is surfacing through the substance

What happened.

It’s completely different when you give yourself entirely to ending it all. I woke up after falling asleep wanting to never wake up again. Something in me snapped.

Trying

I know I can be reckless, even though sometimes I don't see it.

It runs through my veins, some shit happened over the last couple years that I can't talk about;

But since then I've gotten worse at caring for myself.

But I have a dream that I want to turn into reality, so I started checking before I cross the road. I try my hardest not to over due any substance because if I don't I can't have my vision.

Please know I'm trying.
