omg i love your tags on the post about tom and theo! i definitely believe that tom was theos first crush! like he thought that smoking cigarettes and skipping class made his heart rush but it was actually being so close to this boy he felt things for maybe?? hmm much to think about

right!?! that amazing post was inspired and gave me all sorts of thoughts about those two. some postulate that if audrey didnt die, boris would. and i think in that hypothetical theo's relationship with his mother wouldve been damaged irreparably because of theo's grief over boris and the drugs etc. but what would it have been like for boris to meet tom????

in the movie he immediately recognizes the name "that asshole with the cigarette from when you were a kid!?" affronted. boris would hate tom lmao id love to see that. hed be like

and in an not AU version? boris could very well have met tom sneaking into Kitsey and Theo's engagement party to canoodle w Kisety under Theo's nose at the same time BORIS HIMSELF was sneaking in to the engagement party and i imagine their meeting to be like when the hyenas met scar in the Lion King, with Boris and his gang as the hyenas.

the fact that they casted someone not white as Jude in Een Klein Leven makes me so happy! I'm so tired of people whitewashing jude in the fandom ://

but now we said it!additionally, because i like to cause problems and complain, i see a lot of people translating the idea of “racially ambiguous brown-haired man” as like... either white or rami malek which doesn’t strike me as particularly imaginative.

Omg did you like sharp objects??

To be totally honest I struggled my way through the first 3 or 4 eps not sure whether I wanted to keep going but a friend told me to stick with it so I did! I’m glad because it does properly pay off, it’s still too far on the bleak and graphic side for me these days but the performances were amazing (esp amy who was breathtakingly good) and it ended up being v compelling. So yeah I’d say I came around to it in the end!
