okay jumpscare with pellegrino. like, i often waxed poetic at how amazing i thought he did as lucifer on spn, but they dragged his role out far beyond reason and quite honestly i was sick and tired of him popping up by the end 😶

the little squeal and happy arm flaps i made when i heard sterling k brown's voice! now i think i originally know him from this is us, but this obviously i have to pay homage to his spn role.

see normally i'd think that's smarmy and i'm like "oh sterling, you are a card" 😂 he's just always oozing charm and i love his voice and cadence.

lighting and everything is doing good things for his hair. shellacked to within an inch of its life per usual but nice dimension

i have what feels like half the baby episode in clips to gif but that'll be an undertaking so i'm continuing on and not getting bogged down. especially because i'm under the weather in a new and exciting way. or i could just do the sad bit at the end about having kids

unfortunately this episode also is very giffable. also enjoyed the music for the little montage of moments at the end (amongster by POLIÇA) and the somewhat cliche but satisfying nonetheless moment here which surely will also end up in gif form

also apparently liev schreiber is his half brother (had to look it up because that last name surely isn't very common) and he's master chief in that halo show which i keep trying to figure out a way to talk myself into watching at least an episode because i have a lot of fondness for halo, having played quite a lot of it back in my 20s.

when i was scrolling the imdb page i was like. NIKON? TIN TIN? WHERE? as far as i can tell, this is him?? wonder if he had something that got cut

so i was on irc back in the mid 90s days, like you know, 1995 and i knew someone who supposedly knew someone that consulted on the movie hackers. for authenticity, you see 😂 anyway i've seen both hackers and the crow approximately a bajillion times

so is ADA alex gonna be a regular realtime character now too? i guess i gotta eventually let go my law and order association with her.

to give you an idea of how spoiler-free i'm trying to do this watch, i'm intentionally avoiding episode counts for the actors on imdb too otherwise i'm just waiting for them to die/get written off/whatever 🤪

ha! thought he looked/sounded familiar. elementary is also one of my favorites, despite being a procedural which i'm mega burnt out on. but i did a rewatch of a good chunk of the series not too long ago. that cast was just. *chef's kiss*
