Crystallomancy or Crystal Gazing is divination by using crystals or other reflecting objects Crystal gazing is a form of divination or scrying achieved through trance induction by means of gazing at a crystal or other reflecting object. Also known as crystallomancy, gastromancy, spheromancy and a form of Scrying.
Scrying is an ancient form of divination, used to see parts of the past, present, or future and can be used to communicate with spiritual entities among other things. There are many ways to scry, some of these ways are crystal ball scrying, scrying with a mirror, cloud scrying, fire scrying, and pond/lake scrying.
Scrying isn't only a method to look into the future or past (to some extention) it is also a great way to conect to the spirit realm, and the safest. When you scry, the crystal (or whatever you are using as a scrying tool) is the doorway to the spiritual realm. One of the most important things you need to know, is that if you want best results, you let your spirit guide do it for you, all you have to do is open the gateway. Your spirit guide has the power to contain negative energy on the other side and the bad spirits as well. He/she will only show you what you want to see and need to see.
