My work isn't about form. It's about seeing. I'm excited about seeing things, and I'm interested in the way I think other people see things.

A Poll on Perspective
Conducting an unofficial un-sciencey poll, but I wanted to know something. Which character point of view do you prefer, and does it depend on whether it's fanfic or original?
What is your favorite POV?
1st person (fandom) and 1st person (original)
1st person (fandom) and 3rd person (original)
3rd person (fandom) and 1st person (original)
3rd person (fandom) and 3rd person (original)
Where's the option for 2nd person (my favorite?)
I like them about the same in both fandom and originals
Different points of view. Same forest ☮️💟✌🏻🫂
Talking about Tenses!
Sorry the timing is weird in this one I tried to talk slow with proper enunciation but then IG's 3 minute cap forced me to speed up some of the clips to 1.3x which is about how fast I normally talk anyhow lmao
Anyway...
Which tense and POV do you usually prefer to read/write in?
First Person Present
Third Person Past
First Person Past
Third Person Present
Future like some kind of maniac
Multiple at once like some kind of genius
It depends on the project/no strong preference

Love is higher than opinion. If people love one another the most varied opinions can be reconciled - thus one of the most important tasks for humankind today and in the future is that we should learn to live together and understand one another. If this human fellowship is not achieved, all talk of development is empty.

Pictures I took of a tree with spider webs in it. It was an interesting practice on perspective and getting the correct camera focus.
