Swelfering - the insulation pokemon

Type: fairy/ice

Ability: Beast Boost

Swelfering is a powerful future pokemon that can be obtained once from the fluctuating time rift, from the “I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day” timeline.

(I can't think of any situation in which having Christmas every day wouldn't be some kind of existential hell.)

Cinnataurs, with their Yeast ability, grow back every time a bite is taken out of them. Of course they don’t have this ability until they are happy with you.

These pokemon like to hang around people’s houses. People, however, do not like them around there. You’ll see the occasional trainer with one of these guys. It’s rare.

PokeAdvent: Day 4, “Northern Lights”

Found in icy areas, they attract pokemon with an array of colorful lights, which are thousands of degrees hot. Due to pokemon attacks not harming humans, however, people gather around to see the spectacles of Auroracadabras.

As someone who’s taking physics, I find no concept cool, but I digress. These Pokemon only appear in daytime, you can not even battle with them at night. But they are extremely powerful, as they slow the enemy pokemon so much, it’s like they’re freezing time.

The Pokemon Advent Calendar Challenge: Day 2, “ Strange Cuisine”

#???, Sushinsect | Bug | Rice Carry Pokémon

(Based on bug sushi)

Sushinsect carry balls of rice around with them, as it’a mainly what they live off of. How they get this rice is unknown completely, but sometimes they have been known to raid food venues to find some. They are an invasive species in places like Kanto (which is why Spearow were introduced, to drive them out), but in this region, they get along with humans just fine, some keeping them as pets. (And keeping them as battle companions, of course.)
