i think that after the final battle, Ouranos knows that he doesn't really have a chance of winning a physical fight. he's too damaged, mentally and physically.
but i also think that Ouranos knows that by cursing Cronus, he hasn't lost outright. i think he's impatient usually, but to get revenge on those who wronged him, he can wait. he will wait.
after Ouranos gets defeated, Gaia creates Pontus.. and i'm sure Ouranos knows. he definitely hates Pontus,, but there's not much he can do about it,, so i think it's better for him to just remain with a non-corporeal form. that way he doesn't have to see Gaia with another.
in terms of Ouranos having "positive" feelings towards Zeus,, this feels similar to Anon who suggested that Ouranos somewhat liked Atlas for his connection with the sky.
i really like both these ideas- sky god solidarity <3 but,,, in my personal interpretation of him, i think he probably just doesn't care.
i think he'd be amused that, as Cronus defeated a sky god, so a sky god should in turn defeat them. i definitely think he'd enjoy that irony... but i think that would be the extent of his Zeus appreciation.
The Galra Empire would be the league itself, retaining order and dominance through the gyms. Zarkon would be the current Champion, with Haggar being counted among the Elite Four. Over his long reign he’s subjugated multiple regions under his control, each controlled by a “sub-league”.
King Alfor was the Champion before Zarkon, with the original Paladins the Elite. Zarkon challenged him for the title, and during the battle Zarkon unleashed a legendary, starting a large-scale attack on the League with his followers. The resulting damage destroyed the league site, killing Alfor and the Elite, and moved on to the destruction of Alfor’s home region.
Shiro and Matt started their journey a year before the other paladins as friendly rivals, eager to challenge the League. Both of them would talk with Keith and Pidge often, but 7 months later they stopped calling, and even worse Keith and Pidge’s calls would never connect.
A year behind Shiro and Matt, Keith and Pidge start their journey along with friends Lance and Hunk. After receiving starters from Professor Iverson they left for the nearest Gym, blind to the darkness the League harbored.
They quickly saw how the League would treat people and pokemon. They find Shiro being forced to work as a Gym Trainer and defeat Gym Leader Sendak. Sendak’s presence is forced out of the city and the Gym is given back to the people. Coran and Allura officially join right after and the group plans to liberate all the Gyms in their region. They later find Matt also forced to work as a Gym Trainer. By the time they defeat their sub-league they’ve made contact with the Blade of Mamora, a rebel group aiming to destroy the League from the inside, and learn of Rebel Fighters in other regions.
Those who win their respective sub-league can travel outside their home region and be registered into the Colosseum, a private league that pits powerful trainers against each other to potentially challenge Zarkon himself. It’s here they find Lotor, an enigmatic character believes in finding peace and balance without a League at the top. He’s able to challenge Zarkon before Team Voltron and wins, becoming the new Champion, and removing Zarkon for good with a team of rare pokemon. With his own team of Elite Four (his generals), he abolishes the League system and puts in his own, making all regions equal. But the system’s core is a deadly international free-for-all, causing chaotic battling across the world. Voltron become a faction in this FFA, combining with the Blades and the Rebels as well as unifying their home region.
They end up defeating Lotor and restore peace by letting regions have their own separate Leagues again and they go home and the credits roll with the emotional music yadda yadda I thought about this too much already
pokepals052 replied to your post “although I’m not happy about revisiting kanto again, I’m relieved to...”
They confirmed that there are core RPGs being developed for 2019 so that implies these are spin offs
thanks for the info!!! it looks like a lot of fun but i just worried about the possibility of it being how future core games were gonna be but now knowing it’s a spinoff game im really excited!!!
1. favorite type I don’t have a top favorite (yet) but top 3 are Fairy, Electric, and Dragon2. least favorite type Grass and Ice. So many weaknesses…13. favorite antagonist team TEAM SKULL. Literal social outcasts that made a found family? Thinking that moving a bus stop allows them to change the bus route? Most members getting a form of redemption, not just the leader?? Easiest to relate to out of all the villain groups.
Gen: Your favourite Pokémon generation? Hard question off the bat. I think I’ll go with Gen IV for now, due to nostalgia for the main series games, it has some of my favorite spinoffs, and it was the only time i actually woke up on a saturday morning to watch the anime.
Swimmer: What is your favourite water type? I favor bulky water types like Lanturn and Jellicent but my favorite has to be Azumarill, I love the Belly Drum setup.
Legend: Your favourite legendary/mythical Pokémon? Darkrai. It may be the embodiment of nightmares but it has a just heart.
26. Best thing that has ever happened to you? THE best thing? gosh idk. But A best thing has got to be 32. Favorite show? Recent favorite is Cowboy Bebop. The show tackles things bigger than itself and was quite the trip.37. Ever had a near death experience? Not in the traditional sense, no. There are a few times where I almost got hit by a car, so I avoid cars and driving if i can.
