"No, it’s not a painting and it wasn’t photoshopped either. These are polar stratospheric clouds over Iceland.
The images were captured over the span of one hour at the same place."

Weekly Update
getting back to studying, SUN, ice ... everywhere, being creative, workshop
13.01.-19.01.2025
Studying
started getting back into a routine and started studying again
looked for summer jobs
had the first meeting for a workshop and it was very nice, I understood like 90% of the Finnish and also spoke mostly Finnish
I need to start studying math next week because I have a workshop about that in a few weeks and I haven't done proper maths in like 4 years...
Languages
I started tracking most of my Finnish studies this week and am pleased with like 7 hours for my first week back to studying
compared to speaking Finnish, English sounds are so uncomfortable to pronounce now because the Finnish pronunciation is very similar to my mother tongues' but English sounds are way more exhausting...
I saw the question 'What 5 languages would you choose to be fluently in immediately if you could?' somewhere on social media and it got me thinking.
First I would definitely choose Finnish. It would make things so much easier and faster if I could already speak fluent Finnish (but I gotta go the long way...)
Then I think I would choose Chinese because it is such a difficult language but it could be useful to me (the chinese mountains are calling me).
Also Russian because I like the language although it is hard and I could also speak with so many more people (it would have been very useful in my last course because there were a lot of Russian and Ukrainian people).
Then maybe Romanian because I would like to travel there too and the language sounds so nice.
And maybe Spanish because it opens communication with soo many more people.
I didn't choose Korean and Swedish (which I am also learning) because honestly, Korean is just for fun and I want to completely go through that process. And for Swedish I honestly think that it won't be too hard because I already know 2-3 connected languages which makes it easier for me to learn it.
Which 5 languages would you choose?
Health
my back is a bit better but not fully, I think its now again connected to sitting too much, so more movement it is...
I understand myself better the older I get and the more I learn and get more intuitive with knowing what I need when I am not feeling well and it honestly is so nice, being able to help myself regulate
For myself
I properly sewed my first little thing! (first time using a pattern and turning the fabric inside out and using filling and sewing sth. shut)
practiced drawing horses and started a unicorn sketchbook spread and holy moly did that make my inner child happy
1 hours traditional hatha yoga. I have never done a yoga session for so long and it was challenging but also very rewarding (at least that day because I had sore muscles for like 3 days after that...)
this week's
reading / watching / listening
The Honey Witch - Sydney J. Shields (would not recommend, sadly the only good thing about this book is that it's pretty)
this Youtube channel where she walks through old chinese places and tells a about their story
Doomsday Blue - BAMBIE THUG
Blue Blood - IVE
Pink Pony Club - Chappell Roan
I also saw polar stratospheric clouds for the first time which was insanely beautiful and so breathtaking (and rare!). Basically rainbow clouds. But they were so hard to capture on camera :(
