What if all Sherlock characters were different bears? Polar bear, black bear, panda?

Polar bears are my favourite kind of bear which is probably why I started with one, but I think a polar bear suits Sherlock, as they are just so solitary and difficult to get near! I don’t know what kind of bear John would be though…
