        he doesn’t blame ares for the fall of his marriage.   not anymore.  it wasn’t a real marriage anyway --- from the beginning it was filled with lies and drunken mistakes.  but still, there is a bit of him that feels BETRAYED by his brother --- he will never forget the humiliation that followed seeing the two lovers be caught.   though he might not bring it up anymore     . . .      he will always remember it.

Since childhood I’ve had this mental image of your daily outfit consisting of a war helmet and a slip of cloth for necessary coverage. More so only the helmet. I’m a little sad I wasn’t entirely correct.

THERE was a fight and he missed it. Truth be told he was HEARTBROKEN by it. Despite not exactly keen on being dragged in, watching fights every now and then was always a kicker for him no matter how BAD or BORING they were. Especially considering a solid 90% of the time at least ONE person was drunk during said fights.
