So for tonight I made marinaded “Pollo Al Carbon” Using chicken breast and a amazing marinade. Marinade recipe: 1 cup Trop50 Orange juice, ¼ cup Lime juice, ¼ rough chopped onion, 3 crushed cloves garlic, 3 TBL spoons Maggi Seasoning, 3 TBL spoons Worcestershire sauce, 2 oz Anchiote paste, 2 TBL spoon Low Sodium Pollo bullion, 1 tsp Sea/Kosher Salt & cracked black pepper. Marinade for 2-6 hours the longer the marinade the better the flavor.
