{ zoey deutch, cisfemale, bisexual } —*&; by day they are known as IMOGEN ‘MO’ SHEPHERD, the ELOQUENT & UNCOMPROMISING FLORIST of grove city, but when trouble strikes, they’re known as SHRIEK with the power of PAIN INDUCEMENT. but i’ve also heard that the TWENTY-FIVE year old has a DREAMCATCHER somewhere on their body and that they share it with GABRIEL LAURENT, a local CITIZEN. 

whaddup LOSERS, i’m brogan, i’m 20 and i never fuckin learned how to read. that reference worked better about a month ago when i was actually 19 but whatevs ! so anyway, this lil bean is mo aka SHRIEK, which is an ungodly name if i ever heard one but ! it’s her name ! so here’s a few #fastfacts about my love:

soft and kind southern belle, just as capable of baking a perfect peach pie as she is with handling her daddy’s remington

currently works as a florist; she moved to grove city after college because she wanted to do her own thing ( aka be precious with flowers ) instead of what her parents wanted her to do ( aka go into the family business )

she has the power of pain inducement, which basically consists of her skin causing agonizing pain in anyone who touches her tbh

developing/discovering her powers was lowkey horrifying bc she def used to be a touchy-feely person but ! hearing shrieks of agony when she put a hand on someone’s arm deterred that a bit

as such, she has touched very very few people with actual skin-on-skin contact without causing pain since she developed her power. she’s trying to gain a handle on it and has had some success, but it’s tough !! her ability is actually visible in swirling shadows that crisscross her skin, and she’s actually in constant pain as a result of her proclivity for pain inducement – and as she hurts someone else, she feels the same agony, which is great !

tbh, mo is just a lil ray of sunshine – even tho she has these awful abilities that deal with torture and pain, she is painfully kind and would give anyone the shirt off her back if they needed it

she really just tries her best, if she sees someone in danger she’ll always lend a hand -- just wants everyone to be safe and happy

she wears various pairs of riding gloves and a leather jacket basically at all times to make sure she doesn’t actually hurt anyone. she would be horrified if she did that by accident tbh ://

TW: DEATH

rory was born to two extremely loving parents. they were both successful in their own rights - his mother an infamous lawyer, and his father owning his very own bakery in new york city, but they both always made time for rory. they loved him and he loved them just as much.

they both really paired together well because of their love for tricking others. they’d manipulate people for money, or various other things. it wasn’t in order to get by, but because of the thrill that came with it. rory saw this and immediately wanted to do the same. 

because of his mother’s awful reputation, they commonly received threats from the public, but it never seemed anything to be concerned about. rory was spending the night with a friend when it happened. both his mother and father taken from him over his mother’s job at eight years old. 

rory really found a distaste for people, in general, at that moment. he never really wanted to consider them as someone with feelings. just people who might hurt him, or even worse - that he would care for only to get taken from him. he moved in with his grandparents. it was miserable - they hated him, he hated them, and he tried to stay out as much as possible.

he really wanted to hurt people. not physically, but... in other ways that his mother and father had taught him. it was some odd way of lashing out for his loss, carelessly emotionally hurting people without thinking of any sort of consequences. 

he got himself together a little bit more during college, though he still used his charm as often as possible to get people to do what he wanted. he’s pretty good at coming across as someone kind and friendly, and he really does his best to also keep that image. 

when he realized his powers, he of course only used them for evil. he loves messing with people and being generally... not great

but he also wants love and affection so he actually DOES believe in the tattoos. or wants to. really really badly. as scary as the idea of falling in love is for him, he likes the idea of having someone he’s in love with that also really loves him to. 

idk he wants love but is also very wary of it. it’s confusing 4 him and 4 everyone okay
