summary: between the constant fighting and city clamor, you're overstimulated from the minute you wake up. you try to isolate until you feel better, but sometimes, that only makes things worse. luckily, your loving vampire partners are always there for you.
a/n: requested by @asexualaromosafezone - i am SO SORRY this took me literal months to complete. a couple days ago, i suddenly remembered i never filled it and finished it asap. i hope you like it, and again, so many apologies!
Sometimes, you wake up, and can immediately tell it’ll be a hard day. The sun has barely risen, yet there’s already a million noises coming through your window. Chatters of people having their morning walks, car horns from those too impatient to let them cross, the distant clang of a dropped pot, and-
“REBEKAHHH!”
-Klaus, yelling for his sister. At seven in the morning.
“What the bloody hell are you shouting for?! I’m right here!”
You sigh, glad that mystery solved quickly.
There’s probably a few more minutes until your alarm rings, so instead of getting up a little earlier, you opt to enjoy your last minutes of peace. Though you soon realize that’s impossible, given your circumstances. On top of the city sounds, there’s a bird right outside your window, and when you try to turn away from it, the tag on your blanket itches the inside of your thigh.
“Ugh!” You toss the blanket off.
Your alarm sounds not a second later.
With a slap to your phone and then another to your forehead, you decide to just get ready for the day. Luckily, not much is planned. Marcel still has control over the city, and with you being human, your Mikaelson hosts don’t want you outside at all.
See, you live with the family of original vampires. You used to be a Mystic Falls’ resident, but then after developing a close connection with the siblings, decided to move to New Orleans with them and get a fresh start. You were tired of the small town life, and while the big city can be overwhelming at times, you’ll never get sick of the culture it has to offer. Besides, living with the most powerful family makes you happier than you ever believed you could be.
As much as you love them, though, they can be a pain. Like when Klaus can’t find his sister, but forgets a whisper would summon her just as effectively. Instead, he has to wake up the whole quarter, and inconvenience you with a headache. When you reach the dining room that day, you slump your head on the table.
“Everything alright, darling?” Kol’s voice floats over your head, making you aware of his presence.
“Tired.”
“Is your bed comfortable enough? Do you need more blankets?”
You haven’t been in the city long, and his consideration warms your heart.
“Oh, I’m okay. I’m very comfy. Just haven’t gotten used to the city yet.”
“Ah, I understand.”
His attention drifts to his sister. You busy yourself with a plate of food and ignore how tired you feel. When Elijah sits beside you, you offer a smile, but don’t say anything. The man, polite as ever, does the same. Though while two of the siblings are quiet, the other two aren’t. Klaus and Rebekah are still on the same topic from earlier. They bounce off each other quickly, childish banter turning into an argument.
You try to eat in peace and ignore them, but it’s difficult. And it doesn’t help that you’ve been feeling down lately, anyway. It’s rather unexplainable, the way you feel. Some days you’d rather stay in bed all day than face the world. Your whole body could be begging for you to get up and get things done, but you just can’t. No matter how hard you fight your own mind, sometimes there’s no winning the raging war.
To make matters worse, you’re always hypersensitive when you find yourself in these low moods. Every little thing is overstimulating and there’s no pause button. This morning, you didn’t even get a chance to wake up before the sounds started. (Thanks, Klaus.) You roll your eyes in your head, annoyed.
“Hey.” A poke to your shoulder startles you, making you jump. “You okay?”
“Ooh, you caught me off guard.”
“Sorry,” Kol smiles, “you in deep thought, or rolling your eyes at Klaus’ statement?”
“Uh…” You bite your lip. You were rolling your eyes about Klaus, but missed whatever statement it was that he just made. “What did he say?”
“That he was on his way to have a little chat with Marcel. That will go swimmingly.”
“Oh.” You snort and decide to joke. “Both.”
Kol grins at you, but then, thankfully, leaves you alone again.
After breakfast, you retreat back into your room, not in the mood to face the day. If Klaus is really going to start shit with Marcel, it’ll be an intense day. You’ve never met the current king of the French Quarter, but Elijah’s told stories. Marcel and the family used to be close, but then, like all their other relationships, ties ended drastically.
“But not with you, of course,” he had promised. “You’re our girl.”
You were skeptical for a moment. Who wouldn’t be, knowing the Mikaelsons? But then Klaus approached you from behind with a kiss to your hair and confirmed his brother’s words,
“As long as we have your loyalty, you’ll always have ours.”
You could see the truth in his statement. Everyone who ended up on their bad side had betrayed them in some way. So, as long as you didn’t repeat others’ mistakes; as long as you kept your trust in the family, you would be considered family. And ever since the day you first grew close, you have been their family.
You’re close with all of the siblings. Elijah, first, when you couldn’t take your eyes off him at Damon’s dinner party. Then Rebekah, and then Kol, when he undaggered. Even Finn, before his untimely death - thanks to Matt, your good friend now worst enemy. Klaus took the longest to trust you, and you can’t blame him for having trust issues, but once he realized how much his siblings adored you, he was quick to accept your place with them.
Now, the five of you live together, nine hundred miles from your hometown. It’s certainly a change, but every day with them is an adventure.
Like today, you suddenly think, overhearing Elijah’s footsteps in the hallway. Today has definitely been one of those days.
“Y/N?” He stops outside your door.
“Mhm?”
“Can I come in?”
“Sure.”
Elijah opens the door, but doesn’t fully enter your room. He looks you up and down before smiling. “I just thought you seemed sad earlier and wanted to check on you. Is everything okay?”
“Oh!” You put on a brave face to mask the tiredness you feel internally. “Yeah, I’m just out of sorts today. It’s nothing.”
“Are you sure? Because if someone’s bothering you, that’s something we can take care of.”
“No, no, I promise. It’s all just me. Just having a day.”
“You’re positive?” He asks for confirmation again.
“Have I ever lied to you, ‘Lijah?”
He looks down at his shoes, embarrassed. “No, you haven’t. I apologize for doubting you.”
“It’s okay,” you step closer to him, resting against the door frame. “No need to apologize. But I swear, I just… woke up on the wrong side of the bed or something. New Orleans is a loud city. I’m still adjusting.”
“Okay. Well, call if you need anything. Even the smallest thing.”
“I will.”
“Oh, and be careful in the off-chance that Marcel storms in here. There’s a fight brewing in the quarter.”
“I’ll keep an eye out.”
“Better yet, stay inside for the day. So you’re not in harm’s way at all.”
“Okay, ‘Lijah.”
He smiles at you, then kisses your hand. “Now, I need to neutralize my brother. But I needed to make sure our girl was okay first.”
“She’s okay. Go deal with him.”
Elijah straightens his collar before speeding off to no doubt defend his brother in a fight. You love Klaus, but man, does he get angry. And then from anger, comes pure rage, then absolute chaos. Once situations escalate that far, the whole block better hide if they want to keep their hearts in their chest.
You sigh, thinking of the carnage that may come. You’re not sure you can deal with his anger issues today, especially not coupled with those of Marcel. Of all the days they have to fight, it’s the one that you might snap, too, if he raises his voice one more time.
Suddenly, your bed looks like the perfect oasis away from the mess behind your door. A good pillow over the ears might prevent an impending meltdown. You crawl into it at once and let your body melt into the mattress.
You hadn’t lied to Elijah, though you hadn’t given him the full truth, either. Yes, you are, in general, okay. Not necessarily today, but at that moment, you were. Also yes, you’re not feeling great today, partly because of all the city noise. And, finally, yes, most of it is just you and your body not in the mood to be awake. Though Klaus is contributing, just a little bit, to your mental distress today. Elijah would understand, of course, but then he’d have a talk with his brother about it, and you really didn’t want to burden either of them in that way, so you put on a smile and didn’t mention it. You’d bet Elijah knows the full truth, and knows why you won’t admit it, but he respects you if you don’t want to talk about it. That’s one of the reasons you love him so much.
You get a couple hours of rest until your slumber is interrupted by a new knock on your door. It’s not soft, like Elijah’s, so it must be one of the younger two.
“Oh no,” you mutter, wondering what it must be now.
“Y/N?” Rebekah’s voice comes from the other side. “Are you awake?”
“I am now.”
She opens the door as you reply. “Oh what the bloody hell are you still doing in bed?”
“Sleeping.”
“Obviously! Come watch a movie with Kol and I! We’d love your company.”
“An actual movie, or the public display of violence happening outside in the quarter?”
“We haven’t decided yet!” She grabs your hand. “Come on!”
You yawn. “I’m gonna pass today, I’m not up for it.”
“Awh, Y/N! It won’t be as fun without you!”
“I have a headache, Bex,” you fib.
“Do you want some blood for that?”
“Does that even work like that?”
She shrugs, “not sure.”
You cuddle into your pillow. “Another time, okay?”
The girl smiles, then leans forward to kiss your head. “Okay. If you change your mind, come find us.”
“I will. Thank you.”
“Dinner’s at seven. Will you be there?”
“Yeah,” you promise, “I should be better by then.”
You are not, in fact, better by then. If anything, your foul mood progressed into an actual headache within thirty minutes of Rebekah leaving. Shouts throughout the city managed to penetrate the thin glass of your windows, and you could hear almost everything as Klaus heckled the current king. For hours, it went on, until the sun went down and they assumedly put it off for another day. By seven o’clock, you were able to sneak in another nap, but you still felt way overstimulated from the day’s events.
Not to mention the fact that you spent all day in bed. Sometimes, you’re overstimulated by too much going on, but today you partly did it to yourself by hiding away all day. The guilt of avoiding everyone weighs on your chest. Rebekah had invited you to a movie; Elijah went out of his way to check up on you, and you had more or less dismissed them both. A bitter taste sits in your mouth when you think about it. Water doesn’t wash it out.
Hopefully dinner will.
For the first ten minutes, the night passes peacefully. Most of the conversation is focused between the meal and the movie the two had watched. The events of the day, seemingly, are left in the past.
But then, of course, Kol has to make a comment on something he overheard that he thought was funny. And that set Klaus off into a spewing of anger. He’s pissed at Marcel, but now, also, at Kol for bringing it up. Elijah puts his face in his hands, and Rebekah sends both a huge eye roll.
What was a moment of much-appreciated silence is now a yelling match. After five minutes, you reach your breaking point.
“Why do you feel the need to comment on that, Kol? It was so insignificant, but you’ve felt the need to bring it up, and now I’m reminded of how much Marcel has done to piss me off!”
“I didn’t mean to make you upset, bloody hell! I thought it was funny!”
“It wasn’t funny to me when he was spitting in my face! I-”
“Oh my god! Are you ever not arguing?!” You suddenly shout.
The table goes silent and all eyes are on you. A needle could be dropped and it would be heard across the quarter.
“I’m sorry,” you apologize quickly, embarrassed.
“Love,” Elijah puts a hand on your shoulder, “are you alright?”
At his touch, you flinch. He retracts his hand quickly, but doesn’t move his body away from its proximity to yours.
Klaus, although upset at the interruption, notices this and calms a little. “Everything okay, Y/N?”
“I’m fine. It’s nothing.”
“That little outburst didn’t sound like nothing.”
“I’m just stressed.”
“Darling, what’s got you all upset? Tell us and we’ll sort it out now.”
“It’s no one, Kol, I’m just not feeling well.”
“Still have a headache, sweetheart?” Rebekah asks.
“You have a headache?” Klaus butts in.
The assortment of questions makes you drop your head. It nearly hits the table, but Elijah grabs your frame before you can fall. Tears form in your eyes, visibly.
“I’m just really overstimulated today. I woke up weird and this city is loud, and then there was all the fighting all day long, and then I hid in my room all day, but then I felt bad about hiding, and now I’m making you all worried because I can’t get my shit under control!”
“And that’s your fault, how?” Elijah asks, “you cannot blame yourself for the way you feel.”
“But I need to handle my emotions better. I’m sorry.”
“No apologies necessary, love,” Klaus adds, “I certainly haven’t helped, fighting with children all day.”
“Niklaus,” Elijah warns, but Klaus doesn’t argue with him this time.
“I should’ve stayed with you when you said you had a headache.”
“Don’t blame yourself either, Bex. It’s not your fault.”
“But we could’ve cuddled,” she frowns.
“It’s okay. I got a nap, and it helped a little. I just need to get used to my life being different now. None of you are at fault.”
“Nor are you,” the eldest reminds, “it’s been quite a day for us all.”
Kol clears his throat, “say, after dinner, if you feel up to it, we could all watch a movie and cuddle around you? I think some comfort is much needed.”
“Sure,” you agree, “but I might fall asleep during it.”
“That’s quite alright,” he smiles. He then stands up to hug you, but when his arms wrap around your neck, you freeze.
“Not yet, please. I’m still a bit stressed.”
He gives you a wink. “Of course, darling. Let me know when you’re ready.”
Klaus flicks his napkin across the table. He’s folded it into the shape of a heart. “We love you. You know that, right?”
You take the heart, kiss it, and put it in your pocket. “I do. I love you all, too. Thanks for understanding.”
summary: a slip of tongue confession leads to a world of trouble between the mikaelsons and the salvatores. but little do any of them know, it's exactly what was needed to promise a perfect future.
“I think my girlfriend is falling in love with my brother,” Kol says, with a look to each of the Salvatores, “but unlike you two, we’re actually quite capable of sharing women.”
Both scoff, and Stefan rolls his eyes. Damon takes a long sip of bourbon before smirking. “Prove it.”
Three days later, the brothers show up unannounced on the Mikaelsons’ porch, ready to find the proof themselves. Their conversation with Kol didn’t really end; the man just smiled and gave a wink, but didn’t offer any proof to his statement. He left the grill soon after that, too, convincing the Salvatores that he was just a cocky liar. Determined to prove their enemy wrong, they planned a surprise dinner in the other’s own house, specifically choosing a day they know you’ll be there.
It’s a Sunday, and Klaus has been in New Orleans all weekend doing who-knows-what, leaving you alone with the other three siblings. You were originally a loyal friend of Elena’s, until she fell for Damon and you fell for Kol. Ever since then, your friendship has been in shambles and the two of you barely speak. The only reason the brothers were even talking to Kol about you is because you all ran into each other at the grill. You were playing pool with Elijah, while the younger watched from afar. Stefan and Damon approached to pester him about it, only to receive the answer they did.
Now, they were going to prove Kol wrong. They had been through this before with both Katherine and Elena. One woman cannot love both brothers; she will always pick one, and the two will become divided over it. It was only a matter of time for the jealousy to seep through, and neither brother could wait to see it happen.
When they ring the doorbell, it’s Elijah who answers. “What may I help you with, brothers?”
Damon smirks, “we’ve decided to invite ourselves over for dinner. How does that sound?”
“And whatever has given you this idea?”
“Just a talk we had with your little brother the other day. Nothing bad, we promise.”
“Convincing,” he mutters, not at all convinced. “Well, I guess then, come in. I’ll find Kol.”
Kol isn’t hard to find. When Elijah walks into the living room, trailed by the Salvatores, he finds you and your boyfriend curled up together on the couch. Elijah clears his throat, grabbing both of your attentions.
“Oh, look who it is - the less famous brothers,” Kol greets with an attitude. “To what do I owe the pleasure?”
You don’t say anything, but tense up at the sight of the two. Neither have been pleased with you lately, and their sudden appearance can’t be anything good.
“They have come by for dinner,” Elijah supplies. “Which, luckily enough, should be ready now.”
Just as he predicts, Rebekah comes into the room, hands in oven mitts. “Did I hear the Salvatores are coming over for dinner?” She looks over to them, “oh, and they’re already here. What fun. Y/N, darling, would you please help me carry the dishes to the table?”
You nod quickly, happy to get away from the men.
“You make your sister cook for you?” Damon grunts as you and Bekah disappear.
“No, no, we all take turns. Kol was yesterday. I have tomorrow.”
“But sometimes none of us do and we just sip on blood all night.”
“You feed Y/N blood, too?”
“Well she’s not here every night, unfortunately. But if she is here on a sipping-night, we’ll still make her something,” Kol says sternly, not liking Damon’s tone.
Stefan decides that now is a good time to interrupt. “So what’s Rebekah making?”
“We’ll have to see. Shall we?”
Five minutes later, the six of you are sitting around the table enjoying a steak meal, just red enough to satisfy both vampires and human. The seat you’ve chosen has you between Kol and Rebekah and across from Damon and Stefan, while Elijah, per usual in Klaus’ absence, sits at the head. You can tell he likes sitting there; the head of the table always gives the sitter a feeling of power. Dominance. Like how he dominates the conversation despite Damon’s numerous attempts to try.
“I was just curious about your brother’s whereabouts. What exactly is he doing in New Orleans?”
“It isn’t your place to know about what he’s doing, and frankly, I don’t know every little thing he does either. I’m not his babysitter.”
“But you’ve got to know something.”
“Who am I to tell? It’s not my business, nor yours.”
“So if-”
At this point, the three of you zone out entirely. You have been pestering Kol the whole dinner, but now you’re really starting to bug him, rubbing your foot up and down his leg. The action makes him squirm in his seat, which only encourages you further, and now Rebekah’s giggling at the both of you. In return, Kol lands a hand on your thigh, squeezing it ever so often. You then poke him in the side where you know he’s ticklish.
Little do you know, Rebekah wants to join in, but doesn’t want to cross a line with her brother. Little does she know, you want her to join just as badly.
Meanwhile, the discussion between the others is growing intense. Damon is getting more aggressive; Elijah, more defensive; and Stefan, more anxious.
“This conversation isn’t going anywhere,” he tries, “maybe we should-”
“Klaus goes in and out of Mystic Falls way too often. I like to know where my enemies are, so if he would just stay in one place, that’d be great. He-”
Finally, Stefan cuts his brother off completely. “What I would like to know is if Kol’s words have any truth in them.”
The room silences immediately.
“That’s why we’re here, right, brother?”
Damon stiffens at being interrupted, but then relaxes, a smirk on his face. “Yes, actually.”
“Whatever do you mean?” Elijah cocks his head. “Kol?”
“I don’t know what he’s talking about.”
“Oh sure you do? What was it? At the bar?”
“We go to the bar fairly often, Damon, you’ll have to be more specific.”
“You don’t remember? Y/N and Elijah were playing pool. You were watching, telling us what was on your heart…”
Kol raises his eyebrows before scoffing. “That.”
“Yes, that.”
“First of all, I wasn’t spilling my heart out to you two dumbasses. There was no heartfelt moment there.”
“Oh, really? I thought we were having a moment.” Damon frowns with a sad puppy dog look. Fake, of course.
“You thought wrong then. I was only sharing an observation.”
“So? Is there any truth in what you said?”
Kol shifts uncomfortably, not liking being on the spot like this.
“Aw, Damon, he’s shy. Let’s give him space.”
“No, hold up,” Kol stops them, “not shy about anything, I just don’t like to put my girl in situations like this.”
At the mention of you, you look up in question.
“Well maybe you shouldn’t talk about ‘your girl’ when she’s not there to hear it.”
By now, Rebekah’s had enough, “whatever are you two daft dimbos on about? Kol would never do anything to hurt her. He loves her. Speaking of which, we all do, so you better not say anything bad.”
“Oh I bet you all do,” Damon smirks again.
“Say what you want and be done with it,” Elijah tenses, “or get out.”
“You want to do the honors?” Damon turns to his brother.
“No, you’re good.”
“Alright.” He stands up as if he were making a speech. “Kol told us that he thinks his girlfriend over here, Miss Y/N, sweet little Y/N, is falling in love with his brother. Then he tried to tell us that you guys are good at ‘sharing women’.” The man laughs, “as someone who’s shared a woman with my brother, that never ends well. One, or all of you, are gonna be real sad when she either picks one and divides you from your family, or leaves you all and never looks back. So I say, pick your poison now, ‘cause it’s gonna happen someday.”
Damon sits back down looking very proud of himself. Kol, on the other hand, looks mortified. You, Bex, and Elijah have no idea what to do with that information. It’s dead quiet for too long.
“Darling,” Kol finally says, “can I talk to you?”
“Of course.”
You leave the table with him, but no one picks up any conversation as you go.
As soon as he gets to the kitchen, he runs the sink water so the vampires in the room over would have a harder time overhearing. He then puts his hands over his face and avoids eye contact with you.
“Darling, I’m so sorry. I hadn’t meant for that to come out the way it did, nor to say it to those two, and I certainly didn’t expect for them to reiterate it straight back at you. I can’t believe I could be so stupid. I’m so sorry. I understand if you hate me for it. I-”
“Kol,” you call him for the fourth time during his rant. This time, though, you take his hands and make him look at you. “You’re not stupid.” He finally looks at you, but doesn’t reply. “And I don’t hate you. I could never hate you. You don’t have to apologize.”
“But I subjected you to their vile jokes. Made you look like a groupie or something to my family.”
You have to stop for a second and giggle. Of course, he’s immediately confused. “Why are you laughing?”
“Did you just use the term, ‘groupie’? That’s so seventies, Kol.”
“That’s what you’re worried about?”
“No, no, I’m just- I’m sorry. It was just funny to me.”
“What word was I supposed to use?”
You laugh again, “I don’t know.”
“Okay, well, I shouldn’t have used any word, because you’re not that, but I made you look like that to those bloody idiots.”
“Kol, it’s okay. I’m not upset with you. With them, yes, for doing that in front of everyone. But only for your sake, not my own. And besides, I can live with being an original groupie.”
He nods, hearing you’re not upset, but then narrows his eyes. “Wait…”
You swallow hard. “It’s not entirely wrong. I don’t like admitting it, but I’d be lying if I said there was nothing there.” You pause, giving him time to react. He only nods for you to continue. “I know Elijah’s liked me to some extent ever since we started dating. At first, I brushed it off, but the more I’m around you all, the more I find myself starting to like it.”
Not sure how to answer the latter, he starts with the first. “To some extent? Darling, he’s in love with you.”
You half smile, “I know.”
“But?”
“I don’t know how to say this, Kol. It’s weird.”
In one fell swoop, he picks you up and sits you on the bare counter. He stands to be in between your legs, then cups your face with his hands. “It’s alright, Y/N. Tell me.”
“I love you. There’s no doubt about it. I would die for you.”
His heart races. Sure, he’s heard those words a thousand times, but each time, his heart acts the same way. “I love you, too, darling. Nothing you could say would make me love you less.”
“Good, because I don’t want to lose you. I want to love you for eternity. But… you’re right.” You take a deep breath. “I’m also falling for your brother.”
Kol doesn’t seem fazed by this. If anything, he seems relieved.
“Are you okay?”
“I was afraid you were going to say you wanted him instead.”
Your eyes go wide, “no! Baby, no way. But… if it’s something you’re okay with, I wouldn’t mind being an original groupie.”
He laughs at your choice of words. “That is certainly something I am okay with. You can love whomever you like. I’m just glad you still love me, too.”
“I will always love you, Kol.”
He kisses you deeply, bringing a hand to your back to steady you. “And I love you. And like I said, I am willing to share my girl if it makes her happy. Plus, I trust my brother to keep you and your heart safe.”
You smile, then bite your lip.
“What is it?”
“One more question.”
“Hm?”
“Do you trust your sister, too?”
“You’re in love with Bex, too?”
You can only shrug. A blush rises to your cheeks.
He shakes his head playfully. “Of course I trust my sister. Let’s say this: I trust my family with my girl and her heart.”
“Sounds good,” you peck his lips, then his nose.
“Soooo… do you want to go back out and prove to Damon and Stefan that my family can both share and protect women better than they can?”
“Certainly,” you pop off the counter with Kol’s hands on your waist. “And I can’t wait to see the look on Bex’s and ‘Lijah’s faces when I kiss them unexpectedly.”
You little troublemaker,” he grins as he turns off the faucet, “you fit into this family perfectly.”
◇◇◇◇
A chat about the weather is the only conversation happening when you re-enter the dining room. A big sigh of relief comes from everyone when they see you.
“I hope you’re willing to pay the water bill next month, Kol, because that was a long time to have it running.”
“Relax, brother. Y/N and I were just having a little chat.”
“Oh really?” Damon smirks, “did she slap you for what you said about her? Because that would be well deserved.”
“On the contrary, Damon,” you say, returning to your chair. Kol sits in his, though you only stand behind yours. “It actually gave us time to talk about some things that probably wouldn’t have been brought up otherwise.” As you talk, you make your way to Elijah’s side, putting your hands on his shoulders.
“Ah, and what would that be, Miss Y/N?”
You grin, “why talk about it when I can show you?” Before Damon can answer, you trail your fingers along the man’s face to his chin, feeling the stubble along his jaw. The group sees your eyes roll back in your head, then they watch you move to stand in front of him. “Hi,” you say, blushing mad.
He mouths, ‘what are you doing?’
You’re too giddy to answer; it’d probably come out in a stutter. So, you only smile instead. Then, bending slightly, you lean forward, grabbing and pulling on his tie in the process, and kiss him passionately. His body goes limp immediately, satiated by your kiss after wanting it for so long. The fact that you have him by his tie, dominating him just a bit, doesn’t help his case. Your other hand rises back to his jaw, holding him in place. After a second, the reality of the matter kicks in and he kisses back, bringing his own hands up to your face gently.
Seated directly behind you are Kol and Bex, half of their attention on the scene, and half on the lingerie peeking out from under your skirt. Kol knows damn well you did that on purpose, and he feels himself getting hard at the thought. As for Rebekah, she’s conflicted. She’s not sure if she’s allowed to feel the warmth in her core that you’re making her feel, or if she’s allowed to steal a glance at the black garter adorning your thighs. She tries to poke her brother to ask, but every time she moves her finger, one of the Salvatores glance over to see the younger two’s reaction.
After about a minute, you let go of Elijah and lick your lips. You then stand up and smirk at the brothers. “What would that be, you ask? Well, it gave me a chance to tell my loving boyfriend,” you’ve made your way back to Kol now. Once you’re behind him, you turn his head toward you with a finger on his chin, then kiss him with the same intensity. “That, not only do I love him, but also that I’m falling in love with his brother, as he suspected.” Then you grin again, “but what he didn’t know, but also just learned, is that I’m also falling in love with his sister, too.” After confessing, you bend over to kiss Rebekah as you did Elijah, with your lace set partially on display for the man. His eyes catch it instantly and become locked on you. Meanwhile, Kol, in touching distance, grabs onto your thigh. His hand almost disappears under your skirt completely. The sudden feeling makes you moan into Rebekah’s mouth, causing her to grab the back of your neck and kiss you harder.
Eventually, a cough from Stefan pulls you out of the make-out session. You stop and take your seat back, though Kol’s hand doesn’t leave your body.
“Wow,” he comments with nothing else to say.
Damon, of course, has a reply. “Since you’re sharing, you can give us a kiss, too,” he mocks.
“Nu uh,” you wiggle a finger, “I’m reserved for Mikaelsons only. Plus, I don’t think your girlfriend would like that too much.”
He rolls his eyes. “Only playing.”
“So,” Stefan starts, rather awkwardly. “Dinner was great, Rebekah. Was I wrong to assume you’d be serving dessert tonight, too?”
“Not entirely,” she stands, “I did make one for us. Though it seems you’ll be the only ones eating it, for I already had mine just now.”
She’s on her way to the kitchen when you chuckle, “there’s no way that filled you up, Bex. That was just an appetizer. Trust me, dessert’s way better.” You give her a wink.
The girl’s knees nearly give out. “Is it now?”
You’re about to answer when a squeak leaves your lips instead. Kol’s moved his hand from your thigh to having a finger on your clit. He puts the lightest bit of pressure on it, then says, “she’s right, sister. Dessert’s much better.”
Rebekah goes completely red and hurries to the kitchen to hide her face. Elijah, on the other hand, swallows hard. He’s not sure how he feels about doing something like this with the Salvatore brothers watching. He knows that Kol is, and always has been, rather wild, but this? And if he’s going to be allowed to touch and pleasure you for the first time, he doesn’t want them there. Nor should they be so honored to see your body unclothed; that should be a sight only for those chosen by you.
Elijah’s tempted to pull Kol aside and bring up these concerns, but that would require leaving you alone with the Salvatores. That is something he’d much rather not do. Luckily, Rebekah comes back just in time.
“For you two, who don’t get to share the beautiful Y/N,” she smirks. “Please, feel free to take it home with you so we can get on with private business here.”
Elijah relaxes at her words, but then stiffens again at Damon’s.
“Oh no, we were promised that you could maintain a four way relationship and not fight. We are going to see this through.”
“That was never included, Damon,” Kol snaps, “all you were promised was that we could, not that you could see it. All you’re allowed to see of my girl is what she allows you to see.”
“Your girl?”
“Don’t push it. You’ve already pushed it by welcoming yourselves here anyway. And yes, she is my girl. Just because she shares her love doesn’t mean she’s not still my girl.”
“How do you feel about that?” The man nods to you. “A family of vampires sharing you?”
You giggle as Kol pulls you into his lap. “I don’t know if this has escaped you, Damon, but I gave in before either of these two did. I love them all as much as they do me.”
“Until you fall more in love with one and break the rest of their hearts.”
“I am not Katherine. I’m fully capable of loving them without hurting them. Just you see,” you challenge, a glint in your eyes.
The brothers look to Elijah, knowing he’s been through the ringer with Katherine as well. To their dismay, he’s smiling. “The girl is right. She isn’t Katherine. She has a similar fire, yet is much more kind. Maybe if you two had been so lucky to stumble upon her first, you’d learn that not all women are like Katherine.” Before Damon can argue, he continues, “fortunately for us, and rather unfortunately for you, she’s ours.”
Stefan’s about to comment, but then he sees you smirking. The glint in your eyes, still apparent, and sharp like a dagger, as if daring him to try to convince you otherwise. At that moment, he decides it’s not even worth it to try. He turns towards his brother. “Well. Guess we have to let them figure it out on their own.”
“Guess so.”
Not long after that, the Salvatores are finally out the door, Rebekah’s pies in hand. Damon makes it very clear that if he isn’t allowed to see the action, that he is certainly taking the dessert he is allowed to have. And, he isn’t going to make any effort in returning Rebekah’s pans, either.
“Whatever, don’t care about the pans, go away,” you say, pushing them out the door. “Bye now!” You lock it the minute they’re out. Then, you turn around to face the three vampires looking at you. “Hi.”
“Hello, darling. Quite a pickle you’ve found yourself in,” Kol smiles at you.
Rebekah takes a step towards you. “Are you sure you can handle all three of us, love? It is a lot to handle.” She seems more like she’s challenging you into submission rather than actually asking you the question. You’ve proven you want all of them, now it’s just a matter of seeing if you can catch up.
Your answer is on the tip of your tongue - an equally sassy reply that will tell her everything she needs to know. But then Elijah approaches you with a comment before you can say it.
“Maybe we should talk about this first. Y/N-”
“Oh, enough talking,” you walk over to him, “haven’t we been talking all night?”
His lips curl into a smile, “guess we have. Is this really what you want?”
“Yes, ‘Lijah.”
“Then you shall have it.”
You give three seconds. Three seconds to search his eyes for any hesitation. Three seconds for anyone to speak up with a counter. Nothing. Not a second after is wasted as you rise to your toes to kiss him again. He kisses back deeply, tapping your waist for you to jump. He holds you in place with strong arms, fighting everything to not push you up against the wall. He knows if he does, his siblings will protest.
The protest comes anyway.
“Elijah, you’re stealing the girl,” Rebekah whines.
With a sigh, he speeds you over to the nearest room and sets you down on the bed. As he catches his breath from the adrenaline, Rebekah wastes no time rushing to you and peppering you in kisses. Kol’s not far behind, laying you down the minute Bex comes up for air. Your head rests in his lap while he plays with your hair. Elijah quickly comes back into play, feeling the fabric that is the only thing separating them from seeing you wholly. You make eye contact and nod to him, and instantly, your clothes are torn from your body.
“Gorgeous,” you hear him mutter, running his hands from your stomach down your legs.
“Say,” Kol snickers, “what about this lingerie, darling? Was that on purpose?”
You bite your lip, “knew I’d get you by the end of the night. Didn’t think this would happen.” You nestle your head into him, “but I’m not complaining.”
He grins, “was a lovely surprise to a boring dinner.”
“I’ll second that,” Rebekah bounces her eyebrows at you, making you giggle.
“Kol,” Elijah calls to his brother.
You and the boy look up.
“Switch places. She’s been with you, knows you best. For her first time with all three of us, let’s give her something familiar.”
The boy nods, and you’re secretly thankful for the man’s suggestion. As much as you’re loving this, it’s all very new, and something familiar is greatly appreciated.
“Thank you,” you mutter to Elijah as he takes Kol’s spot in supporting your head.
“Of course, baby. I love you.”
You smile, “I know. I love you, too.”
“You know? How, may I ask?”
“I’ve known since the minute I met you.”
His eyes soften from shock as everything sinks in. You knew he loved you, yet you were dating his brother. But now, they both have you, and Bex, too. Bex, who, at the moment, is giving you a hickey on the neck.
Elijah realizes this and immediately chides, “don’t bite her, Rebekah.”
“Relax, it’s only a hickey. People do it all the time.”
You giggle, “it’s true, ‘Lijah. But I don’t mind if you bite. Kol’s fed from me.”
“He has?” The girl stops her ministrations to read your face.
“Mhm. I trust him, and eventually, he started to trust himself.”
“Who are you and what have you done with my brother?” She jokes.
“I’m right here, Bekah.”
“You’ve fed from her?” She asks again, still shocked.
“Show her, Kol,” you smile up at him. During the last minute of your conversation with the two, he’s been teasing your entrance with his cock, making sure you’re wet enough to fit comfortably.
He bites his lip, debating it, but can’t say no to your face. “Alright, darling. Count of three.” He lines himself up, then covers your body with his own, positioning his teeth right at your neck. “3… 2… 1.” At one, he sinks his teeth in and pushes his cock into your heat at the same time. Your eyes roll back into your head with pleasure as he begins to rock inside you, finding a pace. Kol only drinks for a few seconds before detaching, because he knows Bex will want to try too, if you’ll let her.
“Not long enough, baby,” you say immediately.
“Give Bekah a try,” he nods to his sister, sitting back up.
Rebekah’s still in shock at her brother’s self control, but snaps out of it when you give her the ‘okay’.
“‘Lijah, you too.”
“I shouldn’t.”
“I need it,” you beg.
“She’ll beg you all night,” Kol warns. “Better to give in than deny what you know you both want.”
The argument is convincing. Elijah gives in, taking your wrist. At the same time, he and Bex bite down - her at the other side of your neck - and begin to drink. Kol slows his pace as they do, taking a minute to look into your eyes. I love you, he mouths. You mouth it back.
Seconds later, they come off, too. Elijah wastes no time bringing his own blood to your lips, healing your wounds completely.
As soon as you meet his eyes, Kol picks up his pace again until he finds the one you usually like. Though Bex beats him to rubbing your clit, so he uses both hands to hold onto your waist instead. Elijah takes to kissing you hungrily, his hands digging into your scalp. You’re so overstimulated with pleasure, yet it feels so good.
After a bit of this, you start to pant, running out of breath.
“What do you like, baby?” Elijah asks, not wanting to tire you out with kisses.
“Play with her boobs,” Kol suggests, “makes her crazy.”
“Does it now?”
“She’s cum just by me sucking on them at times.”
“Kol!” You whine.
“Don’t get shy now, darling! Little late for that, don’t you think?”
You shut your mouth tight as the three smirk at you. Elijah then repositions his body to sit more to your side, giving him better access to your chest. He makes sure to put a pillow under your head where he had been sitting, then wastes no time playing with your tits, holding, cupping, and squeezing them. The feeling is so good it makes you bite your lip hard enough to draw blood.
“Darling,” Kol mutters, swiping your lip and putting his finger in his mouth, “don’t hold back your pretty little sounds from them. Let them hear what I get to hear from you.” As soon as he says that, he pounds into you hard without warning. You cry out in a strangled moan before you can stop yourself. “Just like that, yes,” he praises. “Good girl.”
Bex immediately picks up on how you react to Kol’s praise and tries it for herself. “Hey, girlie, can you do that for me, pretty please?” She puts more pressure on your clit, touching you exactly how you like.
“Awh,” you moan, “like that, keep doing that. Feels so good, Bex. I- I’m close.”
Meanwhile, Elijah’s transitioned from using hands to using his mouth to stimulate your breasts. He tugs on a nipple with his teeth while pulling the other between his fingertips.
“Fuck, ‘Lijah. Shit. I- I-” whatever you were going to say is cut off by another moan. This spurs the man on, Bex too, and they continue at their paces.
You then turn your attention to Kol. “Right- right there. Perfect. Close. I’m close. Kol?”
“Yes, darling?”
“Cum with me, okay? Please, please, please.” You know begging will do it instantly. Another thing that will make you both cum fast- “and here,” you point to your neck. “Please.”
“Which one?”
“Pick.”
“You pick this time.”
“Kol, I can’t.”
“Can I put them up to the challenge?”
You nod ferociously, desperate for anything.
“Choke or bite, she wants.”
The siblings go still. Neither feel good about choking you, and they’ve already fed.
“Kol, please,” you beg again, “I’m so close.”
“Okay, darling.” He thrusts deeper to crawl back across your body, then holds you in place by the neck as you get closer to your high. In the midst, Bex continues her pleasure on you, while Elijah keeps at his. Then, mere seconds later, you cum hard. A string of curse words that ends as a moan falls out of your mouth. Black spots cloud your vision, due to Kol’s hands on your neck, or the overstimulation, or both, you’re not sure, but you love it. You whine all the way through your orgasm, legs shaking and heart beating rapidly. Shortly after you, Kol cums too, and it takes everything in him not to collapse onto your body. After the two of you ride out your highs, everyone begins to ease up in their pleasuring.
“Not done,” you pant, out of breath still. You crawl up a little ways on the bed to lean against the headboard and its numerous pillows.
“What do you mean, ‘not done’? Girl, I’d think you’d be tired,” Bex says, incredulous.
You answer her by slipping your hand into her pants, feeling for her heat, and inserting a finger. You then unzip her jeans for better access, making her melt instantly.
“Fuck, Y/N,” she whines. When you curl your fingers, she moans louder.
Once you have her where you want her, you move your other hand to the man beside you, rubbing his hard-on through his suit pants. “‘Lijah, come here.”
“You don’t have to pleasure me, baby, I’m alright.”
“Again,” Kol interrupts, “she’ll beg you all night if you don’t let her.”
You smirk up at Elijah, proving Kol’s words true. The man tries to fight it, but desire takes over him. He’s slow to pull himself out, still a bit unsure. You gesture him closer and closer until you’re able to pleasure both him and Bex at the same time.
“I’d rather you straddle my head, ‘Lijah, so I can get you wet, and more comfortable,” you say in between breaths. The man goes red in the face. Never have you ever seen Elijah embarrassed. Neither, apparently, have his siblings.
Bex grins, “brother! You’ve gone shy to Y/N’s dirty talk! I wouldn’t believe it if I wasn’t seeing it.”
You giggle, the girl egging you on now, “I promise it would be much better. Come on.”
Again, he hesitates, but ultimately gives in. You smile as he moves in front of you, not exactly straddling you, but comes at least close enough that you can take him in your mouth. Immediately, you circle your tongue over his tip, sucking slightly in certain places. He lets out a breathy moan which makes you crave him more. Soon, you find a vein on his underside that is especially sensitive, so you tease him by dragging your tongue along it, before finally taking him in full once he’s wet enough.
When you find your pace with Elijah, you refocus your attention back to Rebekah, continuing the curling of your fingers, but also stimulating her clit. You’d love to put your tongue on her, too, but in its absence, you move your fingers inside her instead. Wetness drips from her, pooling onto the bed. Hers, thankfully. She rocks her hips against your hand, holding onto your hip for support. Little whines leave her lips, one after another.
Meanwhile, Kol’s attention is on your clit, driving you to overstimulation yet again. He flicks his tongue against it while keeping two fingers buried inside you. It’s only a matter of time before you all explode from the intense pleasure. If you weren’t so distracted, you’d probably place a bet on it.
Not two minutes later do the second round of orgasms come, and they do in quite a domino effect. Kol blows cool air on your clit and immediately, it sends you into pleasure. You start shaking again, well beyond satiated. Bex is then triggered by your orgasm, having her own not a second after, and having it be just as intense. Her mess is made bigger, cum obvious on the sheets, and she can’t help but giggle. Bex giggling causes the same reaction out of you, to which Elijah’s final stimulation is the vibration from your mouth, and he has his own orgasm. He tries to pull out, but a shared look of eye contact comforts him, knowing you’re okay with it. Once you’ve swallowed it, you loosen your suction from his cock and allow him to pull out completely. He can’t help but to kiss you when you open your mouth to prove it’s all gone.
As soon as you all come down from your highs, one-by-one you collapse on the bed, exhausted. Bex and Elijah are on your sides, while Kol’s between your legs, his head on your chest.
“That was,” Elijah pauses, catching his breath.
“Perfect,” Rebekah finishes for him.
“Quite the girl she is,” Kol says, kissing your tits.
“Need to take care of her back,” Elijah tries to get up.
You hold him down, though, “no, no, stay with me. We do that later. Cuddle for now.”
“Y/N-”
“No, we cuddle for now. I need that more.”
“Okay, baby. We’ve got you.” He settles back down into your side, letting out a long, peaceful sigh.
A second later, a camera snaps.
“Who’s that?” Everyone peers an eye open, except for the one who’s guilty.
“Whoops, sorry.” Kol smirks, “going to send Damon proof that not only are we capable of sharing, but also, that we have the best bloody girlfriend in the world.”
“You’re such a little shit,” you ruffle his hair because he’s too out of reach to kiss. “But I love you. I love all of you.”
“I love you, too, darling.”
“Me too,” Bex yawns.
“We will love you, Y/N, always and forever.”
And you all did love each other, always and forever.

summary: kol is unsure about letting his siblings meet you, afraid they'd scare you away and he'd lose his best friend (and the girl he's in love with). but when he finally brings you home one night, his family has a reaction he never would've expected.
“They asked to meet you again,” Kol says suddenly, “I keep saying no, but they keep asking.”
You smile a little, curiosity peaked. “What’s the harm?”
“They’re… difficult sometimes. You know how families are.” He bites his tongue, afraid to say too much. You two are best friends; very loving and protective of each other. But there seems to be only two responses that the Mikaelsons ever give: complete obsession or extreme dislike. They could either love you or hate you, and Kol’s not sure which is worse.
“Yeah, but what family isn’t complicated? I’m sure they’re not so bad.”
“Y/N,” he sighs, tone somber, “are you forgetting my brother is Klaus Mikaelson? The greatly feared hybrid that terrorized Mystic Falls before he even arrived to town? And the rest of them are only a diluted version of his madness.”
“You aren’t.”
“You didn’t see me in the 1600s, darling.”
“Well that was then and this is now. I’m not afraid, Kol. I know you’ll keep me safe if they try anything.”
“You know I will. They wouldn’t dare.”
“Then there’s no reason to worry.” You give him another smile.
As soon as he meets your eyes, he looks down immediately. Your smile gives him butterflies. Kol would be lying if he said he didn’t harbor a little crush on you. That’s part of the reason he doesn’t want you to meet them - he’s afraid they’ll scare you away and you’ll want nothing to do with him. “I’ll try not to,” he finally replies.
A few minutes go by before you groan and shuffle in place. “This line isn’t going anywhere.”
The wait time on the screen says fifteen minutes, but it’s been way longer than that. You take a sip of the drink balanced in your arms amongst popcorn and snacks.
“I guess that’s what we get for trying to see a new movie on opening night.”
“Do you still want to see it?”
Kol’s juggling his own handfuls, or else he would’ve taken yours so you wouldn’t have to carry it. When he realized he couldn’t carry yours on top of his own, he apologized. It’s little things like that that make you want to cross the best friend boundary. He’s just so sweet, funny, and gentlemanly. Though you have yourself convinced that you’re way out of his league. I mean, come on - why would an original vampire date a mere human? You shook your head a little to send the thought away.
“Eventually, yeah. But I’m not so committed to this line.”
Lost in your head, you forgot you asked him a question. It takes you a second to ponder a response, but then he continues,
“Alright, how about this? We’ve already got the drinks and snacks, so why don’t we go to my house and watch something there? It’s plenty dark, usually quiet. It’ll be just like the movies.”
“Wait, did you say at your house?” Usually your own house is the movie destination. Did Kol just propose to go to his instead?
He shrugs, “my family wants to meet you, you aren’t intimidated by them. They might be there and I could introduce you, or we could slip in and watch a movie in peace.” You’re stunned for a minute, and he starts to take it as hesitation. “Unless you don’t want to. I understand completely if you don’t.”
“No, we should! I’d love to meet your family, Kol, no matter how scary.”
“Okay.” He puts a smile over top of his worry while he fishes his keys from his coat pocket. “I’ll drive.”
On the short ride to his house, he gives you a basic rundown of each of his siblings. He knows you already know most of what he’s telling you, but it distracts him from his nerves. And you, recognizing he seems more antsy than usual, listen quietly.
“So to summarize, they’re all pretty outspoken, very protective, and often threatening, but if you’re someone they care about, you have nothing to fear.”
Kol swallows hard at that. You’ve got it on the nose, but your awareness doesn’t give him much comfort. “Yeah, pretty much.”
“Okay, cool. Let’s go.”
To his horror, all three siblings are in the living room at that moment. As soon as the two of you enter, all eyes snap to you.
“Well that was a quick movie,” Rebekah had started. Then she sees her brother’s company. “And who might you be?”
“Bex, Nik, ‘Lijah, this is Y/N. Y/N, this is the family.”
“Hi!” You greet them with a smile.
For a second, they only stare. Though Elijah’s first to speak, “Very nice to meet you, Y/N. I suppose you are the friend my brother speaks of so often?” When you nod, he continues. “My, was he right when he said you were beautiful. Those e/c eyes remind me so much of the stained glass windows they used to make in the 1100s. Kol, do you recall it?”
Once he gets over the perplexed feeling running in his head, Kol clears his throat. “I do, brother. And yes, Y/N is quite beautiful, as I told you. She’s a good friend.”
“More than beautiful,” Klaus compliments, “she’s a work of art. Would you like to sit, love?”
Your face turns red as the men praise your features. Your response comes out in a stutter. “U-um, I’m okay. The movie we tried to see had a really long line, so Kol suggested we just come here to watch one instead.”
“Kol suggested it? I’m surprised he would let us meet you. He’d been denying our curiosities for months.”
“Don’t put her on the spot, Nik, she’s-”
“Oh, she’s fine, brother. She’s doing well for someone in her position. Y’know,” Klaus twirls a strand of your hair between his fingers, “it must be quite intimidating to meet a whole family of original vampires all at once.”
Don’t scare her, Niklaus! Ease up on the poor girl,” Rebekah interrupts, swatting his hand from you. “And don’t touch her without her permission.”
“I’m sorry, love. Your hair just looked too soft.”
“It’s alright. But um, yeah, it’s a bit intimidating, but I’m not easily shaken.” You straighten your back. “I was actually wanting to meet you all, too.”
“See if we live up to the tales?” Rebekah teases. Her eyes stare into yours, and you find it hard to maintain eye contact.
“Not really,” you admit, “just wanted to meet Kol’s siblings. Out of curiosity.”
“Ah. So are your expectations met?”
“I don’t know. I didn’t know what to expect.”
Elijah then steps forward. “Tell us this, Miss Y/N. Do you feel safe in this moment? Or would you like Kol to take you away from here?”
It’s an odd question, even to Kol. The man’s throat dries and he narrows his eyes. Is his brother threatening or welcoming you?
“I um…”
“Please, be honest.”
“I’m good. I mean, I feel safe.”
Elijah’s straight lips curve into a smile. “Delightful. It was an honor meeting you, Miss Y/N.”
“T-thank you. You too, Elijah. All of you, I’m glad we got to meet.”
“I second that,” Klaus approaches you again, “what a lovely girl my brother’s brought home to meet the family.”
“Friends, Niklaus,” Elijah mutters under his breath. It’s quiet, but you can still hear it. “He’s said they’re just friends.”
Klaus gives the man a look, like he’s doubtful of that, but then turns back to you. “Apologies. What a lovely friend you are to my brother. Perhaps, if you’re available later, we can talk more. I’ll show you one of my favorite paintings. The shade is just like that of your skin.” His eyes travel your body like it’s a piece of art, and you can’t help but blush.
“Okay. I’ll be sure to stay a while after the movie.”
“Wonderful!”
The eldest two leave you with the youngest two. Kol, teeth clenched in aggravation, turns to direct you to his room. His sister, however, beats him to your attention.
“It was a pleasure meeting you, Y/N, as my brothers have said. My, my, I sure do see why Kol speaks so highly of you.” She smirks a little. “Enjoy your movie, and if you need anything, I’m just down the hall.” As she walks away, she flashes you a wink, then disappears.
Kol wastes no time bringing you to the lounge room where he and Bex used to kill time some hundred years ago. He explained in the car that they’d watch old black and white films in there together, while their brothers were off running amuck. Even now, they still retire to the darkened room for the occasional movie.
“Sorry about that,” he says the minute he shuts the door.
You cock your head at him. “Sorry about what?”
“Them.”
“What about it? They were nice.”
“Y/N…”
“What? Were they not nice? Is that their ‘not nice’ behavior?”
“No, darling. That was actually the nicest I’ve ever seen them.”
“Then what’s the-”
“They were all flirting with you, darling. Ogling you. Not a care about it.”
“Oh,” you whisper, realizing he might be right.
“I’m sorry, Y/N. We shouldn’t’ve come here.”
“Wait, Kol, it’s alright. I don’t mind.”
“No, it was totally inappropriate. In fact, I should talk to them about not doing it in the future.” He starts to rant. You’ve learned to not interrupt Kol when he’s ranting, because he’ll miss every word you say. “God, I didn’t want them to see you because I thought they’d scare you off, but I didn’t think they’d so openly hit on you! Elijah, too, where did his manners go? And I mean, I know why they were. You’re gorgeous, Y/N, and I’d want you, too, but…” he stops, realizing what he had admitted.
Your heart leaps out of your chest, but then falls to the hard ground all at once. I’d want you, too, but…
“But what?”
“I didn’t say that.”
“Kol.”
“It’s nothing, darling.”
“Kol, tell me. Please!”
He takes a deep breath. “I can’t have you. I can’t put you in that kind of danger. Being your friend puts you at risk enough, but if we were anything more, you’d become a target. I can’t let that happen; I can’t let anything bad happen to you.” One glance, he allows himself to take, before dropping his eyes back to the ground. He sees your frown, but misses the way your eyes search for him. “Besides… you’re better off with a human, not someone with such a violent past like myself.”
“Well I’d like to disagree with that last part,” you snort, “your past doesn’t matter to me. Right now is what matters. Also, being a vampire doesn’t make you violent. Plenty of humans are violent.”
“That’s not the point, Y/N, I’m saying-”
“I know what you’re trying to say. But I’m saying I like you regardless of whatever you’ve done in your past. And - since you already admitted it, what’s the harm in me saying it, too? - I like you. More than a friend. I have for a while.”
Finally, he looks up at you and doesn’t break eye contact. “You do?”
“How could I not?”
“But what if you get hurt? If we were to have something?”
“Well, one, you’d protect me. You already do, so why would it be any different now? Two, I don’t care. If that’s the only thing standing in the way of us trying this out, then we’ll just have to face it head-on. And who knows? Maybe it’ll never happen. But I want to be with you, if you want it too.”
“More than you know, darling.”
“Okay,” you breathe out, giddy with excitement. “So what first, boyfriend?” You test the term out, tasting it on your tongue. You like it.
Kol’s smile tells you he likes it, too. “Well I have a great idea for our first date. How about a home movie?”
“Perfect idea. What time?”
“Right now.”
The two of you move to the couch and assemble your drinks and snacks. Only this time, when you sit beside one another, he can confidently put an arm around your back to pull you close.
“A true gentleman waits until at least one date to kiss the girl,” he mutters into your ear, “but that’s not counting these.” Then, you feel a quick kiss to your cheek.
Your face blushes instantly. “Okay, so how about you press play so we can get to the end of the night?”
He senses your quickened heart rate at the thought of getting to kiss him for real. It makes his own heart race, too, but he holds himself back. Instead, he gives you another kiss on the cheek in the meantime. “Oh, we’re just getting started, darling.”

“Don’t come any closer,” you put a hand up at Klaus, backing away as he continues to inch towards you. “I mean it!”
The man just smiles and licks his lips, “oh come on now, love. I mean you no harm.”
“I’m serious! Stay there! I don’t want-” His eyes flick to something behind you, but only for a mere second. Before you can question it, someone grabs your waist from behind. You scream, but your captor puts his hand over your mouth. “No! Stop!” You try to argue, but your efforts are futile.
Klaus then comes at you quickly, knowing you won’t be able to escape his brother’s grasp. You still squirm anyway, fighting for your freedom.
“Niklaus!” A deep voice stops all three of you immediately. Moments later, Elijah enters the room, then rolls his eyes at the situation. “And Kol, you’re here, too. Of course.” He looks at you. “Brothers, leave the poor girl alone. You’ve tormented her enough today.”
“She secretly likes it,” Kol argues. He lets you go, though, and you escape to Elijah’s side, seeking protection.
Elijah sighs. It’s quiet as he thinks up a reply, but then you realize it’s too quiet. Too late. “I know,” he smiles. Before you can run again, he grabs you in his arms, holding you tightly and tickling your sides.
“No, no, no! Stop! ‘Lijah, I trusted you!” You try to cry out, but it’s difficult when you’re also half laughing.
“See,” Kol points, “she likes it.” He speeds to your side to help his older brother, then is followed by Klaus, too. The three of them are ruthless in their attack, unrelenting until you fall to your knees.
“Okay! Okay!” You pant, out of breath, “you win! Let me go!”
Elijah finally does, but you only take a step before you’re in the arms of Klaus.
“Wait, no! Put me down!”
“Nuh uh, love, we’re not quite finished with you.”
He carries you bridal-style to his room, then tosses you on the bed roughly. There’s no point in trying to escape - you’ll never beat him - but you try anyway.
“Ah, ah, ah, no you don’t,” he races to stand in front of you as you crawl to the bedside. “Don’t you dare,” he warns, watching your eyes glance to the opposite site. “Whatever you try, I will always win.”
“He’s right, darling. You can’t win against us. Two original vampires versus a tiny, mere human! You don’t stand a chance,” Kol enters the room. He walks over to the other side, barricading you on the bed.
Elijah then enters and stands at the foot. “Three, actually.”
“But you don’t have to be frightened, love. All we want is some fun. And maybe just a little bite, too.”
“Haven’t you had your fun chasing me all over?” You sass the boys.
“Oh! She’s got a bit of attitude! No bother, we can clear that right up. Elijah, if you will.”
There’s nothing you can do as you watch the man undo his tie and stalk over to you. Your heart pounds in your chest, half from nervousness and half from anticipation. He instructs you to lie down, then binds your hands with his tie. Though before leaving you to the mercy of his youngest brothers, he kisses your bound hands and then your forehead.
“Let me know when she’s learned her lesson. I’ll be back.”
The two wilder siblings lick their lips the minute they’re left alone with you. Your heart sinks to your toes, having no idea what could be racing in their heads. For the first minute, it’s a staring match, like a rabbit up against two wolves, all wondering who will make the first move. You’re done trying to escape at this point; you decide, instead, to stay completely still.
“I can hear your heartbeat, love,” the hybrid breaks the silence. “Tell me, how are we making you feel? Scared? Nervous?” He makes his way closer to you with each word. “Hungry?” By now, he’s inches from your face. You can feel his breath on your lips. Your eyes are so close that you can see every fleck of gold in his green eyes.
“Um-”
“Aww,” he cuts you off, “was that really all it took for you to drop that little attitude of yours? Seems my intimidation tactics are right on spot. I was afraid you’d require more effort.”
“I’m not scared,” you say suddenly. “In fact, I think that was a rather lousy attempt at intimidating me. You know I can handle you, Klaus.”
The man erupts in laughter and turns to his brother. Upon seeing the smirk on his face, he turns back to you. “You can, hm? Brave words from such a small, innocent human..”
“Innocent’s certainly not the word to describe me.” You peer behind him to see Kol. “Remember that time we snuck away from the Christmas party to have a little fun? It was so loud in the compound that no one heard a thing. Little did they all know what was happening right above them.” There’s a glimmer in your eyes, knowing you might turn the brothers against each other.
In your favor, Klaus does face his brother. “What is this now?”
Kol swallows before answering, “she was in desperate need to be taught a lesson. Didn’t want to make a scene, so I brought her up alone.”
“And why did you not relay this to the rest of us afterwards?”
“Thought she had learned her lesson and didn’t need it resurfaced. Promise I taught her well, Nik. She was a very good girl afterwards. Which is what’s going to go down tonight, right, darling? You’re going to stay quiet and let us do what needs to be done.”
You bite your lip at the way Kol digs himself out of the hole. There goes your final chance at escaping this.
“Is it not?” He prompts.
“Oh, yes, um, yes, it is.”
“Good. Now, stay there, and no touching,” he pauses, “oh wait!” He giggles childishly, “you can’t.”
Despite being apart for decades, the brothers seem to know each other’s every move when it comes to preparing you. They work in silence and light touches, though you know it won’t be like that for long. Klaus rips off your clothes and you fit the urge to protest, knowing it’ll probably just get you in more trouble, while Kol fetches something from the closet before settling in between your legs. Before long, both have their hands exploring your body. You feel tingles under their fingertips, and a burning in your core. It’s so quiet, it’s killing you, and you’re on the verge of making a comment just to raise their blood pressure a little.
“Are-”
Just at that moment, Kol pushes two fingers into you without warning. You gasp and forget your words. “What were you about to say, darling?”
Quickly, you shake your head, denying his statement.
“Oh, you most certainly were,” Klaus challenges. “Come on, say it.”
“I didn’t- I wasn’t-”
“If you admit it, I might be less harsh in dishing out your punishment.”
That’s a lie, and you know it. Yet, you come clean. “I was just gonna ask if you were actually planning on doing anything.”
The man laughs, “my, you just don’t know when to drop the attitude! You know, Y/N, Elijah is well stocked with ties. We can bind your mouth with one if we need.” He makes a stride over to the closet door.
“No! No, no, please! I’ll be good, I promise. No more comments. I’ll listen.”
“Will you now?”
“Yes! Klaus, I will. I swear.”
“Well I do like to hear the sound of you begging,” he pauses, “but until you can control your tongue, I think you need something keeping you from using it.” He opens the door and begins to sift through the selection.
“Actually, Nik, I have a better idea.”
“Do tell.”
“Don’t need a little string of fabric to shut her up. Not when there are much more crude ways to do it.” He raises an eyebrow at you and you gulp, catching on.
The man turns around quickly, “and how do you feel about that suggestion, love? Do you want me or this pretty little piece?” He holds up another tie, but you shake your head at it. “You can answer. Just this time.”
“You. Please.”
The smirk returns to his face and he speeds over to you, dropping the tie. “You asked for this, love. Remember that.” Then, in mere seconds, he becomes undressed before you and straddles your chest. You share a look with him and nod, telling him you’re okay, before he adjusts so you can take him in your mouth. He grips the headboard, hovering over you, as you prepare. He allows a few kitten licks to his tip before deciding when you’re ready, then lowers his hips until he’s buried between your lips. Before moving, he taps twice on your shoulder and you nod - a silent reassurance that you’re still okay. He increases pace slowly until he’s found a comfortable one for both of you.
“There you go, love,” he praises, one hand tousled in your hair. He thrusts more, and you gag, but he doesn’t let up.
Kol, meanwhile, has just traded his fingers for the toy in his hand. With no warning, he turns it on and presses it to your clit. You jump at the feeling, making you gag again on Klaus’ cock. A whine escapes your lips, substituting a string of curse words; a vibration that only turns the hybrid on more.
Despite your current state, you want to bite at Kol for using the vibrator, but you can’t. You try to close your legs, but he only spreads them again. You whine again, feeling yourself getting close. Your body feels like it’s on fire, spreading to every inch of your skin. A knot ties in your stomach, getting tighter by the second. Kol stops, letting out a chuckle.
“Not yet, darling.”
The only sound you hear next is that of his belt as it drops to the floor. And for the third time, in typical Kol style, he gives no warning before pushing his cock into you. There’s no difficulty at all; not a bit of pain or discomfort, because of how wet you are. You take his size with no problem, and soon, he’s at the same pace and rhythm as his brother.
It isn’t long before Klaus starts to get sloppy. He tries to hide it - always does - but you know the man almost as well as he knows himself. Even if he can throw you off from it, his eyes give him away. He steals glances at you, green softens to its bluer hue, and tears of pleasure escape the corners. You know you have tears, too, but he wipes them away with his thumbs.
"Love?" He mutters.
You nod, encouraging him to finish. He thrusts a couple more times before his taste fills your mouth. Hot, sticky release runs down your throat, and only then does he let up so you can swallow. He lifts your head up gently, not wanting you to choke, and kisses your forehead.
"Going soft on her, are you?" Kol teases.
"She did a good job, brother. Merely rewarding her."
The youngest smiles, heart warm at the reminder of how much Klaus adores you, but he doesn't slow himself.
"You okay?" Klaus asks you.
You nod, then stick out your tongue to show him you swallowed everything.
"Good. Keep it up, love. Because we're not done with you yet." He cocks his head to his brother to continue.
Kol alternates between rubbing your clit, but then removing his hand as soon as you feel the tension building again. It's killing you, but you don't want to call out and receive more punishment.
As he waits for Kol to finish, Klaus moves to your side to tease your nipples. He squeezes one in between his fingers, while running his other hand along your body. The way you shiver at his touch almost makes him moan. In a moment of weakness, he tickles your side. You jump suddenly, giggling. Kol moans at the feeling of his cock moving inside you at the abrupt motion. You feel it, too, then become overwhelmed with the need for his release.
"Kol," you whine.
Klaus catches on quickly. He pinches your side again, repeating the same sequence of events.
"I told you you loved it," Kol says to you.
You don't respond, partly because of the laughter you're holding back.
Neither can think of a more beautiful sight right now than the girl they love falling apart in front of them, face bright with joy, and so close to coming.
Of course, they won't let that happen until Elijah has his way with you, but they will edge and tease you as much as they can.
Then, finally, your body jolts one more time, and it's all that's needed for Kol to spill his release inside of you. He's a lot less in control than his brother when he's pleasured. His eyes roll back in his head and he has to fight to keep himself from collapsing onto your chest. He doesn't pull out, though, until he's done. When he does remove his cock, he immediately puts a finger inside of you, swirls it around to gather his cum, and then brings it to your lips. You suck his fingers happily, licking your lips after he retracts them.
"That's a good girl," he says, kissing your lips and tasting himself.
"Do you think she's ready for Elijah?" Klaus smirks after only a minute of recovery. You've barely caught your breath, and still haven't come, but you know it's not over yet.
"I think so.”
Just in time, Elijah walks back into the room, sleeves rolled up to his elbows. You gulp at the sight. “How is she doing?”
“Lots better. Dropped the attitude and has been patient for her release.”
“You haven’t given it, have you?”
“Of course not. Right, love?”
You nod quickly.
“Very good. I have something in store that will certainly teach her. Any residual sass will just, ah, may we say… melt away.” He gives you a half smile that tells you everything you need to know. “Niklaus, get me a towel just in case. Kol, untie her, but hold her still.”
The two do as they’re told; Kol sits behind you to hold onto your arms, while Klaus and Elijah disappear into the other room for a second.
“I love you, darling,” he whispers into your ear. He continues to leave a trail of feather-light kisses down your neck, sending chills down your spine.
“I love you, too,” you say back. “Even when you’re mean.”
“It’s not mean, puppy, it’s our way of showing we love you.”
“Definitely mean.”
“If you think that was bad, it’s about to get way worse,” Klaus comes back, smirking, with a towel in hand.
You stiffen as he stalks towards you. “Why the towel?”
“To clean up the mess. Supposing there is any.” He puts it underneath you, lifting your body gently in certain places.
“There will be,” Elijah says in a rather calm tone. “Kol, are you holding her?”
“I have her.”
“Good.”
It’s at that moment that you realize what he’s holding - a small candle, lit, which appears to have been burning for some time now. “What’s that for? Silencing spell?”
“Not quite.”
You narrow your eyes.
“Less a silencing spell for the room, and more just for you.” Before you can ask any further questions, he smiles, “remember the word you say if you need to stop. Remind me of it.”
“Safe.”
“There you go.” All three of you are dead quiet and watching intently as Elijah blows out the candle. You brace yourself as he sits beside you and places a hand on your hip. With his other hand, he moves the candle so that it's positioned in between your breasts. Then, as you sharply inhale upon realizing what’s about to happen, he tilts it ever so slightly, letting liquid wax drip onto your body. Initially, it burns, and a shudder runs through you. Kol holds onto your arms just a little tighter, just in case. But as the first drop cools and hardens, you relax. Elijah takes this as a sign to continue, and drips it along the center of your body, stopping at your navel. Some of the wax falls down the sides of your stomach before it can harden, landing on the towel Klaus had laid down for that reason. The sensations have you panting slightly, but nothing prepares you for Elijah’s next move. Moving the candle back to your breasts, he lets the wax drip onto your nipples, one at a time, and then plunges two fingers into your hot, but swollen core. A loud moan escapes your lips at this, and you pull against Kol’s restraint.
“Now, now, darling,” he whispers into your ear, nibbling at it gently.
With Kol distracting you, you don’t notice Elijah’s nod to Klaus for him to pour more wax. It comes unexpectedly, causing you to jump, and Kol to bite you harder than he meant. Now you have three sensations: the man fingerfucking you, and increasing his speed by the minute; the man dripping wax along every inch of your bare stomach; and the man licking blood off your ear. You can feel yourself getting overstimulated. The only sounds in the room are the wet squelching noises from your heat, and cries coming from you as you beg the men to either slow down, or make you come, or both. Neither answer, though you catch a glimpse of the two eldest both smirking.
You know you can’t fight them. There’s no use. You can only hold it out, hoping they don’t ease up, because you’ve decided you just want to come, no matter how hot your body feels. You start pleading with them by name.
“‘Lijah, please don’t stop! Feels so good!”
At this point, Klaus has run out of wax and resorts to sticking his fingers in the hardening spots, rubbing it in circles. His nails scratch your skin painfully, but the softness of the wax eases the soreness.
“Oh god, please, Nik! Please let me cum, please, please.”
You tilt your neck to give Kol access to your veins, knowing if you can distract him back and get him to drink, you won’t be the only one getting in trouble in case you come early. It works, and the minute his teeth sink into your neck, pleasure fills your body.
“Oh, Kol, right there!” You moan loudly, drowning out your own words.
“Kol!” Elijah disciplines his brother, “do not get distracted!”
Fuck.
He draws his fangs back in, “sorry, brother. She’s so tempting.”
“Hold her in place.”
“Are you gonna let her cum soon? She’s been a good girl.”
Elijah looks at his youngest brother, then the hybrid, for confirmation.
“She has been very good,” Klaus agrees, “she’s earned it, I’d say.”
He then looks at you, never ceasing in his actions, “convince me you deserve it.”
“I’ve been so good, daddy. I haven’t come at all, and I dropped the attitude a long time ago. I won’t make you regret it, daddy, please!”
“Alright, beautiful,” he finally says, “come for me. Come for us.”
Permission granted, you immediately feel yourself start to lose control. Your mind goes fuzzy and your legs begin to shake. A series of whines escape your lips and sweat graces your forehead.
Klaus comes up to sit beside Kol as you come undone, but Elijah fingerfucks you throughout your orgasm. All three watch in admiration as their girl experiences one of the greatest orgasms they’ve ever given her.
Your body goes numb once it ripples through your body. Elijah slowly comes to a stop before pulling out and sucking your taste off his fingers. You want to thank him for the mercy, but are unable to speak. Only another whine comes out instead.
“You alright, darling?” Kol notices your state first. He shakes your arm gently, trying for a reaction but getting nothing.
“Baby?”
“Give her a little blood,” Klaus says quickly, not caring who does it.
Kol beats his brothers to it, biting his wrist and forcing you to drink. At the same time, Elijah grabs the water bottle from beside the bed, steals an ice cube from inside, and places it on your cheeks. The sudden cold sensation, plus the healing blood, shocks you out of a daze.
“What happened there, love? Are you alright?”
You look around, at the room, the company - your boys, - and then take a deep breath. “Okay. Just overstimulated.”
“Did we go too far?” Kol asks worriedly.
You look up and cradle his face with your palms, “no, sweetheart. It was perfect.” You look at the two on your other side. “You were all perfect.”
“You scared us there for a second, baby,” Elijah says, standing up.
You almost answer with a sassy reply, but then remember that’s how this whole thing started. Instead, you say, “can we cuddle now?”
Kol mutters in agreement and curls up beside you, but the other two insist on just a little bit of aftercare first.
“You already did that. You gave me blood. That’s enough for now. Come cuddle.”
“Technically only Kol gave you his blood. Which is why I’m not scolding him right now for not helping us. But we’ll be with you in just a moment.”
With a pouty face, you curl up into the youngest, burying your face in his chest. Klaus removes the towel from underneath you, while Elijah uses a baby wipe on your skin to clean the wax. He then puts a salve on your swollen clit, which he knows must be throbbing from overstimulation, as well as a lotion on your stomach where Klaus’ nails scratched. Only after they’re sure you’re well taken care of do they join you on the bed. After a second, they smile to themselves, realizing you’re already fast asleep.
