Poly Shaming and Poly Emotional Abuse
Please stop poly shaming. Please stop thinking you can be with a poly person, but hope to change them. Please stop emotionally abusing poly people by saying they aren't capable of loving you. We love, and we love big. Not better than other love, just different but just as big. And when someone we love says we don't love them it hurts more than you think. Having multiple partners doesn't make me immune to heartbreak and emotional abuse. I will be hurt by the painful things you say to me. I will cry and feel like I'm being shattered into a million pieces. You were welcomed into my home when you said you wanted to come in.
