And Btw, Tony himself is also a member of the "elite 1%" but feels it necessary to point out that he doesn't hide his criminality or make false claims of "goodness" like most of the elite do. He's the "Bad Guy." I suppose, any small amount of honesty from a member of the elite is commendable. Thank you Tony, for your honesty.

In Western European political science, the term polyarchy (Greek: poly “many”, arkhe “rule”) was used by Robert Dahl to describe a form of government in which power is invested in multiple people. It takes the form of neither a dictatorship nor a democracy. This form of government was first implemented in the United States and France and was gradually adopted by many other countries (Dahl, p. 234, 1989) including Canada after the signing of the NAFTA agreement by Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney in 1994.

Hi American friends, had a quick question for my poli sci paper- can some parts of America see how the rest of America has voted on election night before the polls have closed? (in Canada, because Ontario makes up 1/3 of the seats, the media will report our results before polls have closed out West like in BC, so I'm trying to make the point that in Canada, it's technically not meeting the free and fair standard of polyarchy, because seeing the results may pressure them into choosing someone else) TLDR; just read up to the end of the first sentence/question

What if Donald Trump becomes president?

Most likely, the damage Trump could do is pretty limited, because the powers of the presidency are pretty limited.

Trump's policy promises run the gamut from unrealistic distortion to infeasible bluster. He's managed to stay vague by relabeling vagueness as the core of his future negotiating strategy. So predicting a policy agenda is a pointless exercise.

Still, here are three potential scenarios for the general dimensions a Trump presidency could take, ranked from most probable to least probable (with my impressionistic probabilities attached, and leaving aside a 5 percent possibility of something else).

An ineffective president at war with Congress (probability: 65 percent), possibly impeached (probability: 10 percent)

A standard-issue Republican (probability: 25 percent)

A populist maverick realigner (probability: 5 percent)
