Starlight: I’m in love with my best friends! What do I do?! How do I decide which one to even try asking out?!
Twilight:…I am literally in a polycule with my best friends and technically Cheese Sandwich.
Starlight: Oh…right. I forget polyamory is an option.
Twilight: Exactly! It isn’t for everypony, but it is an option and just requires open communication and mutual understanding amongst all members.
Starlight: Speaking of members, how does Cheese Sandwich fit into your group?
Twilight: We want kids and Pinkie and him already have a thing for each other so he’s basically just with her while she’s with him and us so any kids they have will have one dad and six moms, five of which are just friends with their dad, but that’s been worked out. Again, communication and understanding.
Starlight: Like having a big friend group only you’re more than friends?
Twilight: Essentially, but it differs from group to group. Sunset and her polycule are more exclusive than mine is with her Pinkie Pie not having the same interests in guys, for example.
Starlight: This is a lot to think about.
