polyheirs headcanon of the day: maids are creatures of gossip by nature
Just gonna post this here...👀
i think they all give a different answer when asked
today's polyheirs headcanon: in an effort to keep their relationship a secret, they tend to talk about it in code. however, the code is never concrete and is ever evolving, meaning sometimes, new parts of the code are developed without one of them present. perhaps, in some cases, this is for the best...
whatever go my nimbus cake brainrot(+ft his polycule mention)

Oh really? Do you have a source or something? I just want to be sure before I start
(this is a follow up from this ask)
its a bit difficult to source because its one of those colloquial definitions for things, but i found a reddit comment while looking for one that explains it way better than i can, i'll put the screenshot here ↓
now like the comment said, not every instance of the term is a coverup for queer coded relationships, but for the purposes of polyheirs, it's enough to just say they're not actually related and if you choose to interpret them as found family there's nothing wrong with that, and there's also nothing wrong with choosing to ship them either :) peace and love forever
I'm glad I'm not the only one who ships them together
Some days I feel like I'm shipping something on the lines of incest and that scares me
Like I want to create fankids
But then my brain is like "What's a sworn brother again?" and then my mind starts to break down
if it helps, the term is not a familial one! it means "warrior's bond", essentially, it's a term you see a lot in historical c-dramas. they're not related, don't worry 👍
also hell yeah polyheirs!!!! i wish they had more attention i adore them
