so like a canon muse that initially left me somewhat indifferent until i started writing them? probably hien, on my multimuse. i didn't hate him, by any stretch, but he wasn't my all time favorite either and some of his writing especially towards the patches didn't really help, but then i decided to pick him up because my friends kinda dared me into it and now he's one of my favorites to write sbfahfbsfh - i've definitely come to appreciate him as a character a lot more.

Cheeks and eartips reddening, Morganaux nearly dropped the ornament he had been handling, holding it tightly to his chest as he gawked at Hythlodaeus. To hear such words was not at all what he had been expecting when he had asked his dear friend to do the honor of adorning the Starlight tree with its shining star.

And yet, he was far from being opposed to hearing them.

He had read words like those often in the faerietales he adored, spoken by dashing knights in grand declarations of devotion to the lords and ladies they had sworn themselves to. Though such a statement was surely made in jest— it had to have been— Morganaux couldn't help but allow his imagination to run wild, if only for a moment.

Shaking off the indulgent thoughts that had begun to take root in his mind, the Elezen held out the ornament in question, a bashful smile upon his lips. "Shouldn't it be the other way around?" he chuckled, reaching up to run a hand through his hair. "You are my esteemed guest and I am your humble host, eager to be of service to you."

oh yum ! luck has it that he got the one that tasted like green apple -- not that he wouldn’t have wrinkled his nose at any other flavor , of course ... but he was allowed to have favorites . whoever was the genius behind such a brilliant treat , elidibus wished to congratulate them for making his break a li’l sweeer .

For a long moment she stares at the line of... candy? pumpkins? before sighing and digging out Azem's crystal and holding it close as she closes her eyes and focuses all of her willpower on summoning Hythlodaeus to her kitchen.

Maybe she should summon Hades too. If she has to suffer, he should suffer too.
