⌘Elixir of Sanctification⌘
I’m working on a new collection, totally inspired by Diablo videogames series! I started with the Elixir of Sanctification, first of these gothic-fantasy decorated bottles, plenty of angels, demons and esoteric stuff. Today I’ve baked my Archangel and tomorrow I’ll work on the super gothic bottle plug and some other detail.

The design on the tome it's a Maori symbol, so, why choosing it for a gothic fantasy style, diablo-inspired potion? Well, the word "mana" has Polynesian origins, and indicates the inner, spiritual force of an individual. Nowadays, its meaning has been adapted to videogames world, and we talk about mana when our character needs to cast a spell. Since a mana Elixir it's what I'm going to recreate, I wanted to decorate my tome with a symbol that embodied the concept of the spiritual power itself. After some researches, in the end I choose to stylize the Maori Manaia motif: the Manaia is a mythological creature, who walks between the world of living and the world of spirits, a spiritual guardian, carrier of supernatural powers. It sounded quite fitting to me. Maori culture it's so vast, wonderful, fascinating... I love to discover always something new about it, also to get inspirations for my future works!

Wip of my dragon eggs 🐱 what you see on the left side, is a rough mold to obtain always the same size for my shells, created on the pink egg on the right side. Once I'll finish with Dany's trio (reproduced on my interpretation of the novel description) I'm going to make different molds for different eggs: translucent as the arctic ice, blue as the ocean depths, black as osbidian shards, and more and more, each one with a different shape!!😍 I can't wait to see the result.
