Please enjoy this lovely grey Craugastor rhodopis, more commonly known as the polymorphic robber frog, which was found in the Parque Nacional El Imposible in El Salvador. These frogs inhabit the leaf litter of montane forests, and are threatened by habitat loss. Images by William Leonard.
This beautiful little fella is Craugastor rhodopis, also known as the polymorphic robber frog. This species is endemic to Mexico and is restricted to only a few isolated, high-elevation populations in Veracruz, Hidalgo, and Puebla. Images taken in Tianchinol by Thomas Eimermacher.
