I LOVE POLY PEOPLE.
I love poly people who only have one partner. I love poly people without partners. I love poly people with monogamous partners.
I love poly people who set clear boundaries and make sure their partners feel loved and not cheated on. I love poly people who communicate with their partners and make sure everything they do is consensual. I love once-monogamously aligned poly people who come out to their original partner before getting more than one, rather than cheating on them.
I love nonbinary poly people. I love trans poly people and cis poly people.
I love poly lesbians, poly gay men, poly pan people. Poly people with queerplatonic poly relationships.
I love people new to exploring polycules and poly relationships and so too do I love people who've been in this mess for years.
Older poly people, younger poly people, I love them all.
I love aroacespec poly people. Polyplatonic people polyamorous people polysexual people I love you.
People questioning their legitimacy as a poly person (spoiler: almost always legit!) by goodness I love you.
I love people who have poly as just one point on their wonderfully long resume of queer identities. I love people experimenting with poly identities - testing the waters a little, making sure it's safe. The closest thing to cishets you can get when it comes to poly people? You can bet I love them too.
And so should everyone else.
