System restructuring for us usually looks like the constant influx of people and places after a period of not adapting in real time. It’s not one big thing, but a lot of things that we just didn’t manage when we should have.
We’re going to have to start mapping again, I think. It wasn’t a priority, but the consequences are exponential. We’ll need districts, tasks for insiders, people to tend to them and keep records. It’s fallen into such disrepair. I don’t know where to start.
I’d love to hear what labels y’all are using, how your systems are organized, how you deal with internal vs external affairs and where you draw that line. It’s been a fright realizing that so much has changed, and we could use some wisdom.
