people are always like "i wouldve noticed if you were a system!!" and

not striclty true, plurality presents in a variety of ways, many of which are undetectable from the outside

you did, you just called me inconsistent or a liar or dramatic or crazy or

maybe i didnt want to show openly all the signs of my plurality. because you and everyone else treated me like garbage for them.

Plural is an opt-in label. It means more than one. The minimum count is 1*, not even 2. The not-quite multiple are who plurality was meant to include. It’s not being overt or separate or amnestic or distressed that makes you(&) plural, because diagnosis is irrelevant and those are all criteria. Median and midcontinuum folk are as plural as anymany. Only you(&) get to decide whether you(&) count.

NOTION TEMPLATE

Hello! I am creating a Notion Template for systems/plurals!

I focused on plurality in general, but there are some things that are more relevant to people with CDD (such as level of amnesia and dissociation).

You can remove and add to the front end by simply clicking buttons (please use the buttons; they are automated to keep the correct settings).

You can edit the templates for members, groups, etc. And I'll still create other options for journals.

I'll make a post explaining in more detail how to use this template when I'm finished.

CDD (Complex Dissociative Disorder) Flag for ALL people with CDD.

Meaning of flag:

1. Trauma recovery, therapy, self-care and self-acceptance.

2. People with Complex DID/polyfragmentation or strong dissociation.

3. Diagnosed/medically recognized or undiagnosed/looking for a DID, OSDD, P-DID and UDD diagnosis.

4. medically recognized or self-recognized as system/plural.

5. "non-accepted" people with CDD. (Introject heavy, pro-endogenic, endogenic (like mixed origins, traumabased, etc.), etc.)

This flag was made by an undiagnosed CDD person, but medically recognized as a system.
