okay yall need opinions. i think im gonna try making two designs, one w the rosary as the centerpiece and one w the seraph as the centerpiece. however i would like 2 know what your interpretations of what the face of the seraph is/how to design it. ive attached the passage, as well as two examples, so that you can see what im saying.

here it describes the face as sad, but no features. do we think it means a blank face, or a "face" (like the center eye) that is displaying emotion but there's no REAL face? im thinking first image below would be good examples of a blank face, second image would be the center eye. both would be stylized way different tho, probably neorealism.

so what do yall think when u read the passage and how does it translate to an actual tattoo. pls vote below, ty! ^_^

why does no one talk about the absolute heartbreak and desperation there is in backslide. she's my favorite song off of clancy and i remember the first time i heard her and feeling like my heart had been torn out with the frustration and anguish that comes with being lost for so long. why does no one talk about "I'll take anything you have if you could throw me a line?" or about "i should have loved you better/do you think that now's the time you should let go?" i'm sorry but clancy is just so so so important to me. message wise yeah i know it didn't have a bunch of lore based songs but my god she came to me at a time i really needed to see that there is always a rise after the fall. backslide my dear you will always be loved by me, as well as all of your brothers and sisters.

HELLO AGAIN EVERYONE!!! my hiatus is over because i have OFFICIALLY GRADUATED COLLEGE!!!!! i wanted to show you all my cap, which was mainly tøp inspired ^_^ gonna have more of an emotional spiel/cap details below the cut, but please see my oldies and migraine inspired grad cap below!!! (also this is the closest ur getting to a face reveal)

i made it to look like the night before the turning of the tassel, with the sun rising once it's complete. ty's constant use of the imagery of the sun rising has been so so important to me throughout the decade ive been a fan, and as someone that debated never seeing the sun rise again more times than i'd care to admit. i genuinely didn't see myself ever going to college, let alone graduating summa cum laude, and being a fan has played such a large part in that. listening to migraine the other day and hearing "we've made it this far kid" really shined a light on the fact that i've lived and accomplished so much more than i thought id ever get to do, and i wanted to create an ode to my younger self. she would be shocked as to what i've done, and that little girl deserved to walk the stage just as much as present me did.

of course here's the detail pics for the oldies lyrics around the edge. oldies is suchhhh an important song to me and honestly one of the ones that brought my love for the band back to full force this past year. for a while i was more of a casual fan (between sai and clancy era) but ive always found myself crawling back to them when times get tough. when i was formally diagnosed with ocd a year ago, clancy happened to appear before my eyes, and was the album that ripped me from the hole i was burying for myself. oldies in particular showed me that i can and will be okay. she was my first tattoo, and now she's immortalized on my cap. thank you oldies.

lastly some charms of my greatest inspirations, the boys and the loml frank iero (in case u didn't know my main is a frank fan blog lol). these men truly inspired me to put my love and passion into everything i've accomplished through the years. the energy and commitment they put into every project, the genuine admiration they have for not just fans but those they work with, and the unwavering perseverance they have each maintained in their battles with mental health have been the greatest inspirations to how i aspire to live my life. call me parasocial but i wouldn't be who i am without them, and im so happy i was able to bring them and the lessons they've taught me across the stage today.

this past year has been one of the largest struggles for me, but im so happy that i kept going. ive graduated college, im five years clean, and i know just how loved i am. i walked the stage for me, but i also walked the stage for each and every one of you. celebrate your accomplishments and the life you've lived so far, even if you don't think you deserve to. if no one's told you, i love you and im proud of where you are and who you are. may we also always love and appreciate those who didn't get to this part of the journey with us. always live your life with the confidence and grace i know you are all capable of. we've made it this far or whatever those two guys from ohio said. |-/ 💗
