Pomegranate Arils Found in Ancient Tomb
We’ve posted quite a bit about how pomegranates have influenced art, history, and culture throughout the ages. The fact that archeologists found pomegranate arils in an ancient tomb is a pretty fascinating development though.
One hundred seeds thought to be 2,000 years old have been found in a brick tomb in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of northern China.
