The broken body of his ‘old buddy old pal’ was not what Optimus had been expecting to find when he’d broken into a building to start setting up a trap for his next target. It had been a very, very long time since he’d seen Sentinel - since he’d walked away from the Autobot Commonwealth entirely - and he was taken by surprise by Sentinel’s very presence on this far-flung planet as well as just how quiet he was. Approaching slowly, and wincing at every injury he could see, the first words out of his mouth were, “What the frag happened to you, Sentinel?”
Send me “Zzz” for my muse to have a dream about yours.
It had started off as a nightmare, of a memory of a variant that were all his nightmares ever were.
BoundGaggedGlaring furiously at the Autobots examining segments of his flight codingTouching his WINGS Delegating him in their comments as a minor threatFocusing, always always always focusing on that ugly bulking Warlord that, to them, represented the end all and be all of the ‘Decepticon Menace’.
And then… escape. They’d thought his large sharp claws were only a threat up close, grasping for vital systems, brutally rending limb from limb. But they forgot that such fine tips were excellent for delicate work, picking steadily away at the stasis cuffs designed to work on Cybertronian servos.
But.As when the Autobots’ pet’s sire had dared taunt Megatron, a Spark could make all the difference.Or, for that matter, the lack of one.
In compliance with Cybertron’s on-going efforts to conserve Energon, the fools had thought him defanged, and shut off the cameras to all but the essential areas of the ship - idiots, he was STARscream, exalted ruler of the Decepticons! - and had only bothered to check on their prisoner when they’d needed to cross-reference antiquated t-cog formatting.
Too late.Muchmuchtoo late.
He knew, deep within his processor, that he’d done nothing to their ship, abandoning it with only a single wall torn out, one shattered piece of the hull, but in the dream…
…he lingered.
First, the power hub. Ignoring the complicated sourcing - how different from the Nemesis it was - he tore out the connecting cables, darkening the ship’s corridors as emergency lighting kicked on.Dim,flashing,redlighting.
The Magnus was confused for a shorter time than could be measured, before the escaped prisoner heard the dull echo of the shouted orders.
The ninja was caught almost by surprise, but noticed the dark gauntlets and suddenly gleaming dentals bared in a delighted grin.
He painted the corridor blue and moved on.
Cackling, next he led the loud blue Autobot in a circle through the Autobot’s own flagship, turned about in the servicing areas. Funny what fear could do to one’s logical processes, but he was one well-traveled down the pathways of Fear.
The battle with the Magnus lasted until it would seem that the ceiling would cave in.He lunged.Surprised, the old Autobot made the mistake of glancing up, tightening his grip on the Hammer as if to shore up the room.A Seeker’s mortal terror of enclosed space, collapsed bases, flew off into oblivion once one was no longer mortal.
No longer lost, the enraged Autobot entered the destroyed bridge in time to see the prisoner crush the Magnus’ helm with a monitor torn from the wall.
One half of the broken screen patted itself against the taller mech’s leg as he let out a deranged giggle, baiting the smaller mech on.
Glowing, like a stray beam of the AllSpark, the energy lance and shield blazed with the force of the final crew member’s fury as he shouted a challenge and dashed across the rubble.
The blue optics took a long, long time to fade.
Stubby grey servos prodded him awake, childishly lecturing him on waking up the sweetly sleeping smol, who was by the way wondering why he was smiling during recharge?
Somewhere in the air, the Protectobot helo was doing his patrols when he picked up a Cybertronian signal. Curious, he flew to where the signal was coming from to see an unknown dark blue vehicle. He wouldn't do anything yet in case the unknown Cybertronian was a Decepticon. It was possible after all.
"So... I did something that might have been a terrible idea..." ((Hello :D Also what a rarity, he's admitting he made a mistake XD))
((Hello! Ooh, Sentinel, did that hurt you to admit you made a mistake? ;DD))
A sense of foreboding mingled with the contrasting prickle of amusement - Sentinel had either done something that would end horribly for everyone, or would otherwise be some sort of ridiculous thing that everyone would laugh about. Optimus quirked a browplate. “Alright, Sentinel,” He said, his voice tired, as if he already knew that he’d somehow end up on cleaning duty for whatever mess Sentinel had gotten himself into. “What did you do this time?”

⚔—;;It was hardly hisfavourite method of attempting to offlineanother, but it was most certainly the technique he favoured most when hewished to threaten.
A lone servo wrappedaround the Prime’s neck, practiced fingers compressing fuel lines in a way thatwould reduce circulation to a mere drip; barely enough to avoid slipping intostasis, just enough to keep him on the cusp of consciousness. With thetightening of his hand he could crush the vital lines if he wished, or floodhis head with energon if he released his grasp too quickly. The Autobot hadprobably realised that much by now.
This was power, holding the life of another in asingle servo to be taken away or returned with a simple movement.
Smirk splittingacross his faceplate, he adjusted his grip.
Sonic walked through the halls of the Metroplex on her way to the office of a Prime she hadn’t heard of before. She had no idea why. Sonic was nervous. Once she reached the door, she knocked and waited for the answer.
For once, Bulkhead managed to get a good read on the frequency before he stuck his a-- Autobot for sure, which was a relief, but it was also...familiar? Why was it familiar?
<<Er. Hello there! This is Bulkhead-- Autobot Bulkhead, not that you didn’t already, uh, probably know that. Anyway. You mind tellin’ me who ya are?>>
