I’ve finished the second of my pending jobs--remodeling the wings on a Princess Celestia pony plush. With that done, I’m going to take a few days to clean and reorganize my sewing “room,” then decide on a timeline for opening commissions.

I have 4 doctor’s appointments, pretty much back-to-back, to round out the month, so I may postpone opening commissions until the first week of February, but I haven’t decided yet. Once I make a determination, I’ll post a “Commissions Update” with info, and email those on the wait list.

All that’s left are fancy schmancy hoof covers. Not sure I like how the Minky looks for the crown and chest piece. A smooth fabric might be better, but the customer is always right!

Really ready to move on to t0nks and submarines.

After being unhappy with the results on the mane, and in consideration of all the tight curves on the tail, I went through and hand-basted all 12 pieces together. Now I need a break, then I’ll machine stitch it all together. Almost done!

Making progress. Head pieces should be finished today, and the tail by Wednesday. Then crown, chest piece and hoof covers and DONE!

Soooo many curvy bits. So. Many.

There will be Sunbutt. Eventually, After all these curvy pieces are glued down to tagboard, traced and cut out and sewn and intalled.
