An idea I've been sitting on for a while - the Mane Six with their special talents legitimately swapped. Not just like in MMC, but with that being their actual talent. In that vein, have Sparkleshy, the student of Princess Nocturna. Her friendship issues stem from her sheer shyness, as she simply doesn't DARE go make friends (though her foalsitter Prince Tiamore and her sister Cadence have tried to help her). She later becomes Princess Sparkleshy.
