opinions on the new poogle day additions, oil paint and mythical?

Oil Paint: I'm a little mixed on this one. As a whole, I really like it; details like the sketchy stripes and how the main mountain forms the standard underbelly area shows nice attention to detail, and the pink and soft slate blue color palette is very pretty and is well-balanced visually.

My only hesitation with it is that it doesn't really feel like it fits the oil paint color. Oil paint pets are usually very impressionistic in nature, with focus on dramatic, bold brush strokes and abstract visuals (a few are also based on famous artworks, like The Scream and Starry Night, though it's worth noting not all of those artworks are actually oil paintings). The Poogle, which seems to have been based on a user request for a winter landscape with "happy trees" (read: Bob Ross-esq), is very pretty, but it doesn't quite fit the normal color standards. I'm not quite sure what else you'd do with it though, unless you did body paint or an outfit or something. Speaking of which...

Mythical Outfit: Yeah sorry, not a big fan of this one. Admittedly I'm very rarely a fan of the full-body-outfits-that-are-really-just-colours thing to begin with, but this one's just... confusing? Like, there doesn't seem to be any sort of concept behind it outside of maybe being a kitsune, which doesn't influence anything but the tails (especially weird because Poogles aren't even remotely foxes). There's also a bunch of gemstones embodied into the fur... because.

I also don't think this reads enough like a Poogle (as it's too furry and also has a nose), and I'm not personally a big fan of the ultra-detailed fur and pillow shading. Neopets does have a bit of of an art style (black lineart with thick/thin contrast, one- or two-layer cell shading, simple detailing), so whenever they create a design this busy it feels a bit off-brand to me.

It's of course not all bad; I do like the cute little :3 expression and the fancy pink-and-teal eyes a lot, and the color palette is very nice! But the execution doesn't do it for me personally.
