Hi all. Just a heads up. I'm gonna try to post one of these every day. So today I managed to successfully get up at 6:30AM to go to the pool (cuz I'm in college now and colleges have pools) and swim for 45mins. I did mostly upper body stuff. Lots of free pull and lots of free and backstroke. Managed to successfully not drown so that's good I guess. I'm trying to adult better so guess what? I'm eating vegetables regularly now. And I don't just mean putting lettuce on my cheeseburger. I mean I legit had a Carne asada salad for dinner last night and I had grilled bell pepper and fruit for breakfast. Sound the alarm I'm trying to get my health back together cuz I'm sick of weighing 200 lbs. (I'm 5'5" and my doctor says I'm at risk for diabetes and that's freaking me out).
