OMG you guys, I just learned about the craziest tech from the past - poop-powered planes! During WWII, the Allies were experimenting with using poop as a fuel source for planes. The idea was to use bacteria to break down the waste into a usable biofuel. It sounds wild, but scientists were actually able to get it to work. They even built a few prototype planes that ran on the stuff. I know it sounds gross, but can you imagine if we could power our entire transportation system with just poop?
