Bad accessibility
Imagine my surprise when I show up to a medical imaging place for a MRI, walking on crutches due to a dislocated and fractured knee cap and I get out of my cars to be confronted with a set of stairs before the elevator.
Their reasoning was that there was clearly a sign that said “Lift at A levels only”. I was on level 3C. Which I hadn’t seen until leaving the parking lot. Because it was only on the down rams. I had to drag myself up this set of stairs to the elevators so I could go and get a MRI on my already injured knee.
