Bucky was always at least 15 minutes early. Especially when it came to a date with a cute girl. So there he was, on her front door step almost half an hour early, a single rose in his hand that he’d picked up along the way. He took about 5 minutes to think about if he should knock or just wait for it to be closer to time. Then he realized the longer he waited there, the more time he would have to second guess himself. So he knocked and he waited and then his jaw dropped to the floor as she opened the door. He composed himself quickly with a small smile. “Hi, yeah, sorry about that. I just.. get excited. You look great.” He rambled before slapping his mouth shut and holding out the flower to her.
