Skyper hero angst comic part 2: Plushy
Plushy and george are out on a walk through the woods. Unknown to them, a certain childhood friend followed with the intent to kill.
The kill attempt went wrong and the wrong person was killed as a result. The attempted murder would have caused heartache regardless of who got hit. George was the unfortunate casualty in the attempted murder.
No matter what the reason for taking another life might be, murdering another is still a sin. Plushy was the target, but george heard the arrow coming and pushed her out of harm's way.
The arrow was laced with an especially painful type of holy water that was supposed to hit plushy and kill the demon bunny and her human vessel. The poison would kill within seconds, slowly eating the victim from the inside out destroying their systems along with their organs. George was killed by the very person he grew up with.
Plushy tried to stop it once she caught the faint whiff of the poison. She realized whoever shot the arrow was targeting her and knew her closely. She tried to heal her beloved but the poison arrow prevented her from healing his wound. The demonic bunny was crying, telling the blue-clad wolf to stay awake and look at her.
Although he was in pain and crying tears of his own, he smiled coughing up the red fluid that ran through his body to keep him alive. He held her face in his paws, kissing her tenderly, whispering his final words to her before he succumbed to the lethal venom and closed his eyes, shedding his final tears. His body went limp, his paws dropping to his side leaving bloody streaks down his love's face.
She screamed his name in sorrow, shaking him several times before she wrapped him in a blanket hugging her dead lover in her arms.
She swore that if she found the one responsible, she'd kill them and it looked as though she wouldn't be looking for long. She spotted her precious wolfy's killer trudging through the snowy terrain, carrying a quill of arrows, a bow across his chest, and in his jacket pocket a vial of the same venomous liquid that had killed george by mistake. She was livid, shaking as she levitated her loved one wrapped in the warm blanket in a soft red aura. She followed the blond wolf as he trekked toward the spot where he thought he'd killed his target. Only to find a message in the snow written in blood for him. He saw the bloody imprint of his friend's corpse instead of the vile bunny he had come to kill off.
He'd planned to kill plushy and take george away as his plan of saving his friend from a "malicious evil that would harm him if given the chance", he failed and hadn't taken into consideration of the protectiveness George had over plushy's safety and well-being. He thought the job would be easy and done without anything to hinder his plan. His plan had backfired and would be the way he met his end. He cried, both in anguish for killing his friend and in fear, knowing his target was still around somewhere, alive and thriving. He slowly turned, finding both his best friend being suspended in the air and the woman he tried to murder moments ago with a burning bloodlust and thirst for revenge to kill the bastard who took her wolf pup from her. Before he had a moment to speak, with her right hand, she used her power to kill and dispose of the pest who continued to torment her and her male counterpart. The body was engulfed in a fiery aura and exploded at the will of her hand, leaving nothing but small blood droplets in the cold white blanket draped over the ground almost undetectable by human eyes if one looked hard enough.
Revenge is a dish best served cold...
I forgot that i drew george fully in the last panel. George's reformation process was sped up by plushy. She's never experienced a loss like George's but somehow she knew his body wouldn't remain with her as she travelled in the snow covered forest.
