Hi there!

How is your learning to draw coming along? Do you have any drawings you’d like to share?

Hi again! Thanks for the ask! Long post ahead ⚠

My learning to draw is going slooooooowly. Like, I started in November 2022 and still struggling with boxes. My gosh, drawing people is hard. (and drawing horny people is twice as hard)

It might be my mistake, but I have courses I don't learn lol, instead I am working on several headaches projects for my beloved Old Habits Die Hard (by talented @cheesybadgers) and learn along. Those arts are at SO embryonal stage I'm too hesitant to show them fully yet.

I also have a fear I'll drop it and those projects never see the light (I dropped a lot of things before). But lately I invested in a good tablet and it allows me to continue drawing when I go to my dad for a week, so practice persists.

As for drawings I'd like to share - oh dear...

ok, here are some pieces 🙈

my first attempts were with sky lanterns (inspired by The Great Wall (2016) and dedicated to Pero Tovar ♥). My friend teaches Chinese and she helped me to choose some hieroglyphs:
