Dinosaurus Rex - JMSRBNSN

Dan Bombard is Dinosaurus Rex, hailing from Ft. Collin's, Colorado. His latest album, Pop Information, just dropped at the end of June. You don't have to listen to much to tell that he is clearly a funk enthusiast, but being part of today's modern society with so much technology at his fingertips, Mr. Rex seamlessly blends old school funk sound with new future electronic music. Creating what he calls "disco-glofi-spacebop from planet chillwave". 

The song titles are virtually indecipherable, ALL CAPS abbreviations for who knows what, but there are plenty of beats to keep you moving in spite. It's also worth noting that Dinosaurus Rex is a seemingly vital member of the newly discovered Keats Collective, which I wrote about earlier this week on PORTALS.
