When you're working concessions at a movie theater and a customer comes up complaining that his popcorn is too salty and wanting a refill of different popcorn and even though you tell him repeatedly that because of the way that the popcorn is made the new popcorn won't be any less salty than his current popcorn he insists on a refill so you finally just give it to him and he tastes it then makes a face and says, "I guess it's a little better" and you just have to stop for a moment and say, "Really? Did you think I was lying when I told you that it wouldn't actually be any less salty even though I work here and know exactly how they make the popcorn? Really?"
