This has got be one of my favourite quotes from Basara… rewatching it after a year and it still hits as hard as it did the first time. I think about this quote a lot whenever I feel doubtful of my own abilities and suddenly things seem so much clearer.
I’m really touched by how Yukimura grows throughout the series. He has the most development out of the whole cast, and I thought it was really inspiring to see him grow into a more confident person who starts looking for his own place in the world rather than blindly following in Shingen’s footsteps.
