“Yahaha! You found me!”
A joyous forest spirit sprang into being in a cloud of green smoke. It squealed in delight, and Legend fell backward off his shield, his ass in the snow. He stared at it for a second before standing up and brushing off the snow. Jogging up to it, he wrapped his scarf around his face a little more to try and ward off the freezing chill that had settled into his cheeks. It was cute. It wore a little mask in the shape of a maple leaf, and held a frond in one of its hands, the stick covered in little berries and leaves. Legend felt his heart twinge in happiness. He loved those leaves; they reminded him of home in the fall. He heard Wild come sliding in behind him, and his ear flicked to his brother, but he didn’t turn, still entranced by the little forest spirit in front of him.
